The ease of use of the product

The immersion circulator market is filled with so many options, how can you know which one to choose? After much research, I settled on the KitchenBoss (made in China). I did not care about the WiFi or Bluetooth features since many reviews complained about connectivity issues. I was rather interested in higher wattage, a solid construction, and a decent price. In the pictures I provided you can see that I purchased it attached to a plastic container from my local restaurant supply store. It's an 1100 watt model, and has a metal (not plastic) water circulating blade and came in at a very reasonable price. My Sous Vide set the steak to medium rare at 130 degrees, so I got a medium rare steak. The steaks were removed after several hours, I made some sear marks on my grill, and the steak was perfect. In the interim, I have also Those too turned out perfectly, and I was even able to place the marinade into a bag with the "frozen" thighs and cook them. It will only take an extra hour or two if the food was frozen. To conclude, this product has been extremely useful to me and I would recommend it to anyone who does not require Bluetooth functionality.

My homemade sous vide machine was used for about six years and I finally got a real sous vide machine. It heated up a pot of water from 80 to 129 in approximately six and a half minutes, which was really fast. You won't hear it at all, though the little rotating fan works hard. I have tested the magnetic knob with o and so far it works well. There is a 1 degree increment. There is no difference between me and The precision would be enough with 5 degrees, but if not why not.
For cleaning, it twists up with about 1/8 of a turn but sits securely in indents made in the metal. It reacts quickly when you turn the knob and it's intuitive to set up and/or customize cook time and temperature. My first impression of the machine is that it's good.

A mouse as quiet as can be. The dishes I've prepared so far have been steaks, roasts and chicken breasts. The thing I'm holding is awesome. This is a very reasonable price compared to other devices with the same capabilities. As for the quietness (you can barely tell that water is moving until you see the fountain running) and the fact that it didn't rely on an app, that was what I wanted. There are so many apps out there that I love. My phone should not be engaged with every kitchen appliance I own. It takes a little time to get used to the controls, but for the most part it is not a bother. There are many times when it needs to be cranked on a knob for recipes that require a long cooking time. Some people find it to be Besides cleaning, there is only one other issue to be resolved. A feature I wasn't aware of going in was the amount of scale that builds up during sous vide. There are little white pieces that stick to the metal of the sous vide and the inside surfaces of the container you use as time goes by. Any brand you choose to buy is going to have this problem. This can be a bit tricky to pull them off the coil and probe. Though I don't regret it, I thought it would be good to let you all know. There are many places to be reached.

It appears that instructions are more confusing than they need to be. We provide more information in the booklet than we do in the brochure regarding sous vide cooking. It feels like equipment you would find in a commercial kitchen because the size is large and the quality is high. I'm looking forward to trying more steaks after the first one, which came out great.

This is a great book! 4) by having to use a smart phone or other software to do the job. In an ideal world, all my devices would work right out of the box, be reliable, simple, and straightforward. Therefore, I am very pleased with what I have seen so far. The temperature will be set once you push the set button. Once I pushed the button once more, the clock was accurate and quiet. There was only a 0. 01 degree difference in temperature. During a test run of 90 minutes, the temperature rose 2 degrees F. I found the software to be easy to use and it produced superb results. I tried to make lamb chops as my first attempt. In the machine, I set it to 130 for 2 hours, placed the chops in a vacuum bag, and turned it on for 2 hours. Once the chops had been sealed in a bag for 1 1/2 hours, we removed them from the bag, dried them thoroughly, and seared them in a I love it! There are two small complaints I have As a first point, the machine screw clamp is irritating to use, especially when it is applied over a pot with A second improvement would be better writing in the manual. As of yet, I still don't know how to customize However, other than these niggles, the machine seems to provide great results. I would have given it five stars if it had been better written. The only thing that can be sure is how reliable it will be with time.

As far as using vacuums to cook food goes, I'm not that familiar with them Since I had not heard of this method for a while, I wanted to give it a shot. What I learned online is that it's a process using immersion water at a constant temperature to ensure that the food stays fresh for longer. The Cooking Method is used with official French restaurant dishes since the 1970s and is the favorite cooking method of Michelin chefs worldwide! I can now prepare food this way even if I am not a skilled cook. With the product I got, I could set time and temperature in addition to displaying the recipe. The product is very easy to set up. As soon as I received it, I used it to cook some steak. It comes out great and I am quite happy with it. As the product claims to be waterproof, I rinsed it with water after the meal. I really like how it looks and how it is built. As a kitchen piece, I think it would be very reliable.

My only DOA product is a damaged item that I am about to send back within 10 minutes of opening. I hate to write a review about a DOA product, since who knows if it's damage or not.
