It's both hard and soft, which is a good question. In general, it's tough enough, but the outermost material is similar to that of a suitcase shell (a thicker canvas). It's not as hard as a vinyl hardcover, but it's also not as soft as a paperback. The best way I can describe it is that it's similar to the material in my suitcase, which has a defined form and shape but is also somewhat pliable. Soft velour is used to line the interior.
Yes, we purchased the Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker, WIFI 2nd Gen, 900 Watts to give it a try, and it is absolutely perfect!
The Anova 800, 900, and 1000 watt units can be used in this case. It is not compatible with the Nano device.
The insert is precisely sized for the nano, so I believe this case was made specifically for it.

BUT IT IS STILL THE PERFECT CASE FOR YOUR ANOVA! THE REASON FOR THIS IS AS FOLLOWS. When I saw "Luxury and Fashionable" listed as a key selling point for the LTGEM case for Anova on the product page, I laughed out loud. Trust me: For your sous vide circulator, this is not to be confused with Gucci storage. However, it is very well made for what it is, everything fits together easily as shown in the photo, and all of the five star reviews here will make sense once you have purchased it. br>br>Here's something you might be curious about: Why buy a case for your Anova if the box it comes in is sturdy and well-made? Is it made to be kept? For about a year, I had the same thought, but I'm glad I finally purchased a case. There will be no second-guessing. The case is slightly more compact than the box, and it has two advantages over the box. The various Anova parts--not dramatically, but enough to make a difference, which I like. a circulator, a power cord, and a clamp-on device Without any difficulty, I was able to blend in. Putting everything back in the box was always a bit of a challenge for me. br>br>As a result, I'm adding my five stars to those who have gone before me. Just know that if you order it, you'll have to wait a while. Mine was shipped directly from China, presumably on the proverbial "slow boat," given the length of time it took to arrive in the United States. I needed a place to keep my two Anova Precision Cookers. This case is a great way to store your units without having to cram them into a drawer or cabinet, risking tangles and damage to the cords. The construction is sturdy, but it is still a little flimsy. br>br>Note: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "creative The AN500 1000W models are what I have. Because the headline did not specifically mention this model, I took a chance and ordered just one to be sure. Everything fits perfectly; there are a few inches of extra space in the case at the bottom of the unit (as shown in the photo), but the unit does not shift or move, so it's fine. br>br>Highly recommended.
This is a fantastic argument. I use it when I bring my Sous Vide to restaurants, and I'm practically an Anova brand evangelist, selling their products from house to house. I'm supposed to be getting paid. It's as if I'm a part of a pyramid scheme that doesn't involve a pyramid or a scheme at all!.
For my Anova Cutlery, I really like this case. The exterior is made of a tough material with a two-way zipper. I love the inside, which is gray and soft to the touch and includes a place for the Anova, the cord, and the pot holder; it is lightweight but the material is tough to withstand the test of time. Everything is in good working order and has been stored for future use. It's not overly large, but it's dependable. I think it's great, and you should always have a container to store this type of cooking utensil in to avoid damaging it and having to use that awkward box every time you use the Anova. I'm so glad I purchased this. I'd buy it again for a family member who owns an Anova.

I was stumped as to how I was going to store my new Anova Sous Vide cooker outside of the bulky box it came in. I don't like having loose electrical plugs floating around among other utensils in my drawers, so the cooker doesn't fit in any of my drawers or cabinets on its own. Everything fits together nicely in this case. The zipper is easy to use, and the case can be cleaned if necessary. Because of the shape of the cooker parts, it's quite large, but it's very neat, and I can now pack up the sous vide and slide it into a cabinet to use on the fly (I'm finding myself using the cooker more and more!).
The 900W Anova Wifi Bluetooth Sous Vide cooker was recently purchased by me. I wasn't sure where I'd put it once I'd finished using it for the first time. The original box is adequate in terms of strength, but it is somewhat bulky. This was the case I ordered, and it was exactly what I needed. It's perfectly molded for the Anova, and it's stiff enough that I don't think it'll get damaged if I just throw it on a shelf. The only thing I'm not sure about is how long the zipper will last; it always seems to be the first thing to break on any zippered bag.
