Thank you for your question. I appreciate the information you provided. In fact, you are correct. The N15 rack has the same length as the L15 stainless steel rack from Lipavi. Although the width is smaller, the height is higher. You can create two N15 racks in a C15 by doing this. You can handle your pouches easily with these There is one N10 model that fits in C10, two N15 models fit in C15, and two N20s fit in C20. With best regards, Fredrik Lipovski
The number of items you can remove is up to you. The rack is supported with four stainless steel rods made from 316L stainless steel.
This does not fit in a 11 liter sous vide container, but it will perfectly fit in a 16 liter
The answer is yes. This was in a container of 12 qt I was able to use it

I ended up getting the smaller N10 rack, and have been very pleased with it thus far. You can fill in the slots with the plastic gate rack that it comes with. All the gate racks could fit a lot of steaks or thin packets if you used them all. One large shrink bag is used to package a batch of Korean short ribs that I am cooking in the photo. the rack to keep upright my sealed food to allow even water flow because the bottom of the rack has a gap that allows the water to flow into it. In any case, I check the temp at the other end and it is both consistent and warm. The gates are very easy to add and remove by pushing and clicking, so I think this is a perfect size for us. The item is a little pricey for a plastic item, but I'm glad I chose it over a metal one. Reviewing this product was my own decision, as I purchased it from Amazon. The design of this product is great and I give it 5 Stars.
Originally it was purchased to fit my C20 container, but I discovered it also fits Rubbermaid 12 qt containers. The Joule immersion circulator is contained in this container. This is a great product. I especially like how the end pieces fold down for ease of storage and how the dividers give extra room.
Having used this rack tonight for the first time is a huge deal for me. It has been a good start for me so far. On a Windows 8, it works just fine. The weight is 5 pounds. At the moment, there is a roast pork butt. It's pretty much the perfect size for the N20X. When I began the sous vide I started it without the rack so I could gauge how it would do It is standard practice for beef roasts to float a bit after the cook begins and this was no different. You can clearly see how floating the roast is in my before photo. Seeing how much lower the rack is now, it is now below the surface of the water. There is one thing I'm taking away a star for the anti-semitism The top of the float bar snaps into the bottom. It doesn't seem to be very tight, so even though it is keeping the roast from floating, it isn't very firm in place. The majority of the time it might not stay on very well to begin with. The tab is very short and slides a bit too easily into a somewhat oversize hole. Maybe it should have clicked in rather than slid in.
We will have to wait and see if it will last. In a few days, I will update on how it has held I believe that overall it was built with quality materials and, for the most part, it was made with quality materials. Sous vide tonight has been so much easier since I have this machine.
In addition to using this contraption, I also use weights on my vegetables, since the ones that work for everything else appear to not work for them. In spite of heavy weighting on top, I have to vacuum sealed bags with too many air pockets that cause them to float. The result is what I was hoping for, but it didn't work the way I had For this part, you should see my pictures
I've tried submerging it in preheated water with food but it ended up being a nightmare, definitely not a good A device such as this can easily be placed in the tub of water, but the challenge is then getting the food inside the device and then putting it in the Perhaps the plastic lid I'm using could be made to have more space because that might be the problem. There's no reason to blame this product for this inconvenience, but I want to keep it I will update this review if any issues arise after using it for a longer period of time.
This product is a total waste of money in my opinion. Several times, I have tried using it and found it to be useless! It started to float in mid air. There is no point to this product other than stopping I find this very.
It took me 30 minutes to cook each pork tenderloin to the perfect temperature then I grilled the meat until browned to perfection.
Things are arranged in a specific order and kept apart with it. It has a great feel to it that I have used it on almost every sous vide cook since acquiring it!.
You can adjust it based on the size of your bag if you use a sous vide. It keeps bags straight and, if you make the slots tightly enough, will help keep the food under water. This is the type of tub that I use, and I cannot imagine how you might do it with a round container. This has been very helpful to me many times. I'm glad I bought it and I'm very pleased with it. The bags stay submerged and are kept from floating around since this device keeps them from floating.
