This was an easy product to use and worked exactly as I wanted when I wanted to weigh down ziploc bags for sous vide cooking. As an aside, I did not purchase a food sealer at such an extra cost Ziploc bags in quart and gallon sizes are perfectly suitable for freezing. I'm happy with how things are going so far. Additionally, I always pop these weights, individually, inside mini ziploc bags before I put them in the food that I will sous vide. It has proven very helpful for me to use these weights since I am new to sous vide cooking. It took me less than a minute to put them in the.

They did what they said they would. I use weights to keep my sous vide pouches from flying off during.
