It is a beautiful covered container that I am delighted with. The only other pot I have used prior to buying this one is a big stainless steel pot that I have used for sous vide cooking previously. It allows the heat to be retained so perfectly and helps the clothes to heat up faster.

I found it to be the perfect fit for my sous vide. Plastic is thicker and more durable than normal plastic, so it wont scratch or break as easily. The outside of the machine does not get too hot, which is a big plus, as it is not likely to burn us. In spite of the high price, the product is a great one for cooking sous vide foods and a lot of other foods as well since it is quite large.
