Sous vide cooking is made easy with this product

It took me about a few days to pick these up and they work wonderfully. The vacuum seals on the bags were floating to the surface even though I vacuum sealed They used to get stuck on the bottom of the sous vide many times, and have now learned to wait until the bottom of the sous vide. My method of vacuum sealing does not require me to place them in the bag first, but to place them on top after vacuum sealing. If you are serious about sous vide cooking, I strongly recommend these.
