What is the wattage of your system?

Hello, to be completely honest, I used it, or at least attempted to use it, but the chocolate refused to heat up properly. To avoid wasting it, I had to melt it the old fashioned way.

Sorry, but this product is terrible. It warms the chocolate but does not melt it, and then the chocolate becomes messed up because it hardens and plumps. I had to go to Michaels and buy another one.

The temperature is extremely low

For my son's birthday party, I ordered a chocolate fondue. I switched it on around 3 p. m. , expecting the chocolate to melt, but it never did. I stayed up until 6 p. m. waiting. The temperature was extremely low, which was extremely discouraging.

For a fondue birthday party, this was exactly what I needed. The area where you could put food for dipping was fantastic. There were even some extra forks included for dipping.

Because the heat isn't hot enough, it takes too long for the forks to melt, and the handles have broken plastic and missing parts. The low price does not reflect the quality of the product.
