Prior to this, I had a non-profit organization that I ran. Stick electric fondue pot for cheese fondues, but it scratched too easily, and no one wants a nonstick fondue pot. apply a coating to their food Plus, because the outside of the pot was enamel, it was difficult to clean dripped cheese fondue off the sides. I tried both my stainless and glass-lined pots. insert (non-native) Electric) fondue pots for cheese, but they were a nightmare to keep at the right temperature and clean! This year, for our Christmas dinner, I purchased the Artesia electric ceramic fondue set, which was fantastic. 1 - All of the preparation could be done in one pot on the stove; 2 - It stayed at the perfect temperature throughout our meal, preventing the cheese from burning or clumping; and 3 - It was incredibly simple to clean up afterward. This is my new fondue pot of choice!.
During the lockdown, I looked at a lot of them online and came across this gorgeous Artesia electric one, but it was sold out! There was no word on whether it would be available at a later date, but it was so beautiful that I decided to wait and see if it became available. Well, I'm glad I waited because it was restocked and I bought it right away. It is, without a doubt, the best fondue set I have ever used! Yes, it's beautiful on the table, but its function is far superior. It's electric, and the heat is adjustable, so it heats up evenly and doesn't burn. Not to mention the ease with which it cleans up! This is the fondue set you've been looking for! Also, the customer service is AWESOME! Thank you very much!.
I'd never used an electric fondue set before, but I was pleasantly surprised at how simple it was to maintain the desired temperature. Then, much to my surprise, I discovered that cleaning the ceramic pot was a breeze! Cleaning up after a cheese fondue (which I had prepared that first night) can be a pain. But it was a piece of cake with this set. We had beef fondue the next time, which was delicious and simple to make. Fondue is something we eat a lot more now. I wish I had purchased this a long time ago!.
I had previously used fondue pots with alcohol/gel fuel, but this is by far superior. The heat is consistent, easy to adjust, and there is no risk of running out of fuel. Cleaning it was a breeze. The directions were worthless, and the heat settings were not well marked, so I deducted one star. You'll have to do some trial and error to figure it all out, but we were able to do so fairly quickly. We'd make another purchase.
I bought a new fondue set after my 30-year-old electric fondue set died a few years ago. This one had a ceramic pot that was nested inside a metal outer pot into which water was poured, effectively acting as a double boiler. Oh, boy, did I make a blunder. This fondue set from a different manufacturer was awful, and the cheese never heated up. br>br>So I gave in and ordered this one for myself before Christmas, and I couldn't be more pleased. For my needs, the pot is a little too big. To give you an idea, the ceramic pot can easily hold two full fondue packages from the grocery store, if not three. br>br>The imported fondue package quickly heats up to a bubble, then easily adjusts the temperature to maintain the desired temperature. br>br>Remember to set the hot ceramic pot on a temperature-neutral surface until it cools down. It'll do just fine with a stack of towels on a stone or ceramic surface.
I purchased two of these for a fondue bar I was planning on hosting on Christmas Eve. They're lovely, and the chocolate and cheese were simple to control and regulate in terms of heat. The fact that they are electric is particularly appealing to me. When there are a lot of kids running around, I'm a little afraid of flames. It's an added bonus that the ceramic containers can be washed in the dishwasher.
I couldn't find my wonderful Nordic fondue pot when my family came for Christmas, so I ordered this one along with a chrome fondue pot. I'd never wanted an electric fondue pot because the cord would make it look less attractive than a regular one, but now I'm sold! It keeps the temperature constant, never goes out, and is large enough. And no one had to mess around with the fuel can, which can be a mess or run out of gas. The electric cord is held in place with prongs and magnets so that if someone trips over it (which happened once with a group of ten people), it easily pulls out rather than tipping the pot of hot oil over. It comes highly recommended, and I'm looking forward to making chocolate fondue in it. A fantastic purchase!.
Our previous fondue pot was nonstick, and it didn't hold up well at all; all of the Teflon had come off: This one was able to fry the cheese on the bottom and it quickly rose to the surface! The only reason I gave it a four out of five is because the electric base was missing three rubber feet. I spaced out the remaining three to balance the base, but was disappointed to discover half of the rubber feet were missing.
