I'm guessing China, because I've already thrown away the cellophane wrapper, but Homey is a large Chinese firm based in Shandong.
Yes, you can cut the sheets to fit your trays' dimensions.
I like how long the Homey dehydrator sheets last; It's been about six months since I've had them.
I've dehydrated these to the maximum setting on my Excalibur dehydrator with no issues. I like them because they are simple to use and clean. I was able to easily trim them to fit a smaller unit as well.

My Excalibur 3900b has no problems with it. These were purchased to accompany my Excalibur dehydrator. They're made of a very thin material that's only a smidgeon thicker than parchment paper. I'm not sure what material they're made of, but it looks like woven silicone to me. The material is slightly porous, which is ideal for drying wet items because it's tight enough to prevent drips while still allowing a small amount of airflow from beneath. They aren't non-non-non-non-non-non-non-non-non-n stick. when I prepare flaxseed I usually get a few little bits of stuff stuck on my veggie crackers, but I just toss them in the sink, run some water over them, wipe them down with a sponge, and they're good as new. I also keep one on the dehydrator's very bottom tray to catch drips, which helps keep the machine clean.
If you have a dehydrator but don't have these sheets, you should order them right away. I've been dehydrating for more than 40 years and have always had trouble keeping the trays clean. They've even been to the car wash with me. Oh, my goodness! I'm overjoyed to once again be able to make fruit leather! As soon as I finish the beef jerky that I'm currently working on. They're very easy to clean, and to dry them, simply place them on the dehydrator's trays and turn it on for a few minutes. I have an old dehydrator that I'm using. To be still working, it had to be of higher quality than I expected. I had to trim the sheets to fit my trays, but it was simple enough if you know how to read a tape measure and draw a straight line with a ruler or yard stick. If you have a food dehydrator and use it, but don't have these non-perishable items, I believe the price is reasonable. br>br> You're overworking yourself! Stick sheets! I've been dehydrating for more than 40 years and have struggled to keep the trays clean on several occasions, almost giving up. I've even taken them to the car wash in the hopes of getting rid of the gunk. Oh, my goodness! Because I have an old dehydrator, these sheets didn't fit and had to be trimmed. The job is simple peasy if you know how to read a measuring tape and draw a straight line with a ruler or yard stick. The ease with which they were cleaned astounded me. A small amount of soapy water is all that is required. rinse. In the dehydrator, dry on your trays. I'm overjoyed at the prospect of making fruit leather. After I finish my beef jerky, that'll be the next thing on my to-do list. These are, in my opinion, more valuable than what I paid for them.
They do a satisfactory job of drying the peaches, though not as quickly as Sheets with larger holes do. After 6 hours at 135, the peaches were very easy to peel up and turn over. I'll cut these sheets a little bigger than the bottoms of my trays so that they have a bit of an edge (though it doesn't turn up, it just bends slightly to keep things inside), and I'll use them for leathers and powders. They're similar to parchment paper, but without the waste (which I value). With regular scissors, they were extremely simple to cut. For all dehydrator trays, I highly recommend these sheets. On the 6th of August, 2920, there was an update: When cut a little larger for fruit roll ups, they're difficult to keep centered on your tray, so I don't recommend it. Apart from that, they're fantastic!.
I've been using parchment paper, but peeling the leather away from it is a pain. I tried these because they were reasonably priced and came in a large quantity, but they are inferior to Excalibur's silicone mats. The silicone mats are now three times the price, and I believe they are Teflon. The pros:
1. They are comfortable to wear and can be resized. br>2. They outperform parchment paper by a long shotbr>3. The cost is excellent. br>Cons:
1. They give my fruit leather an odd consistency, as if it has small pocket holes in it. It's just different, and it's difficult to put into words.
2. They're thin, so if you don't keep them flat while washing them, they'll wrinkle. I wash directly on the dehydrator tray, flip over, and wash the other side before drying in the same manner. When manipulating in the sink without a flat surface, serious creases and wrinkles result.
3. The fruit leather is more difficult to remove than it is with the more expensive silicone mats. I believe cookies would turn out great in the oven, but I haven't tried it yet. br>br>Overall, these are a good purchase and a step up from parchment. I'm keeping them because they're cheap, but if money wasn't an issue, I'd get the silicone ones instead. They're simply thicker and more effective.
To fit my trays, I had to trim them down. Cutting them is simple. The only disadvantage I noticed was that the spots where I had my jerky strips on the sheets can be seen after they've been used, even after cleaning them several times. However, when you don't want to deal with a mess, they're perfect for making jerky or anything else in a dehydrator.
This is a fantastic offer! It fits perfectly in my Excalibur, costs a fraction of what Excalibur charges, and performs admirably. My only complaint is that if you put something on it that contains oil, it will stain it permanently. But that has as much to do with me not thinking as it does with the sheet. I would purchase this product again. In fact, I'm thinking about buying another just in case I kill another inadvertently.
These liners make using my dehydrators so much easier and less frustrating than trimming parchment paper to line the trays. I used to have a lot of extra paper that had to be thrown away and was thus wasted. I despise waste of any kind. br>I'm also relieved that the liners were less expensive than I had anticipated. It makes no sense to try to save money by using a dehydrator only to lose that money when purchasing items to make it easier to use the dehydrator.
