My concern with Excalibur was the reviews I read. I read about the product but held off on purchasing it because of complaints. This one is so quiet you don't often hear it, but it's so important. As well as being easy to clean, it also doesn't give off strong odors or retain them after use. My husband and I love the machine and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a good, reliable dehydrator.

It took me a while to find the perfect dehydrator, but this one fit the bill. This program has the looks that I love, and the ease of use that I enjoy even more. A round plastic dehydrator has been replaced by this model. The old one took 6 hours to dry my berries, but the new Cosori took just over 3 hours! My favorite parts are how thick it is, the stainless steel trays, and the fact that it is The class I took on dehydrating foods was interesting to me. A convenient feature of this unit is that it can be adjusted for temperature in 1 degree increments, making the unit easy to use. As well as being quiet, this unit is very energy efficient. Although I have it in the other room, I couldn't hear my old Nesco this one cannot be heard. A plastic tray comes with it, so I keep it on the bottom so it's easy to clean. Besides being easy to clean, the wire trays also are. All you need to do is soak it a little bit, and if you have a squeegee like a brush type dish cleaner, you're good to go. As a matter of fact, I primarily purchased it to make beef jerky for my family and dog treats. The product I received is satisfactory and I recommend it for anyone looking for a dehydrator that can be set to a wide temperature range, with the time being adjustable, and that is reasonably priced.
