For the first few weeks, this machine worked like a charm. Great product for cotton candy. I used it a handful of times and it worked every time. A machine I was using all of a sudden stopped working. It wouldn't turn on at all, and as soon as I tried to turn it on, it would short my circuit. When I contacted the company to find out if they could help with the issue, they offered to help me. Their only means of communication was by email, their responses were taking far too long, and they'd tell me to take a picture, or do something else, which is fine but all they could have done with a phone call could have been done the same day and not two weeks later. After weeks of arguing, they finally said that I should ship the product to them, and they would fix There is a shipping charge of about 70 dollars for this item. Though it is understandable that things happen, their product malfunctioned and I was liable for the damage because of its It would not be wise to purchase from this company because if anything goes wrong, you are responsible for fixing it. It is important to buy from a legitimate company that offers people to talk to and takes care of unfortunate situations professionally.

The machine is super cute and I love the color and the carrying cart. We've made cotton candy quite a bit with it. The wipes are super easy to clean as well as easy to use. Once you're done, simply pour some water into it while it's still hot, and it will basically clean A minor complaint I have is that the sugar spews out and there is buildup of crystals around the bowl's edge when it is melted. There is no reason why the virus does this and no way to prevent it from doing so. Using this machine to roll on a cone is a great idea. There is a big fluffy cone waiting for you. The method I see in some YouTube videos involves just letting the sugar crystals build up around the edge of the bowl rather than bagging the cotton candy. However, I cannot achieve this due to the build up of crystals around the corner of the bowl as well. In the event that I could figure out how to prevent the sugar from gouting out like that, I would give 5 stars.
