I have a few tips for you. 1) In the drawer, you will find the instructions, rubber feet, measuring cup, and an extra fuse. While cleaning the drawer we found the boxes of them in the middle of the pile of boxes after we tore the boxes apart looking for them. 1) Assembly is fairly easy, but the instructions don't provide much guidance, essentially you just need to put the large silver bowl on top of the device. The bowl is attached to four metal brackets on the side of the unit that clamp down with the four clamps located on the underside. You can do it in less than a minute, it's very simple, and once you set the bowl on it and examine it, it's self-explanatory. 3) The packing styrofoam was scattered My first choice if I had to do it over again would be to carefully use a box cutter to cut away the sides of the box, and to do it outside or in my garage to minimize After blowing and gently wiping the styrofoam beads out of the machine, I cleaned the machine patiently and carefully. The beads were carefully removed from the outer tabs of the heating elements by using a piece of paper like dental floss (shown in the third picture with cotton candy residue), then I got them out with a butter knife from the inner bowl of the heating element (where the candy mixture is placed). You can use compressed air if you have it available. My "built in blower" worked well. I would take the time to clean it well, I'm not sure what temperature foam melts at, but if there is any foam in the heating bowl you may get it in your candy, so spend the 20 minutes to clean it 4) I ran and heated up the unit for 5 minutes before using it to burn off any new scents before using it. After letting it cool, you can run it for 4 minutes on the max heat setting. As soon as I turned it on, there were also some styrofoam beads spread out, although I thought I had caught all of them. I give it 5 stars based on our initial use and our kids' enjoyment, except for the poor instructions which, between the post and the two You Tube videos, aren't an issue. Also, the styrofoam packing mess isn't an issue. (Also available on Amazon) We used Gold Medal FlossSugar for our mix. Instead of renting one, I bought it for a birthday party and I'm so glad I It was easy to assemble and the instructions weren't great, but it wasn't exactly clear how to do it. The machines did have to be turned up all the way to the maximum temperature. I bought sugar floss brand sugar to use with this machine. bowl is 21 inches wide, so a normal cotton candy cone fits in it without being too big. My experience with this purchase has been very positive.

As fresh out of the box as it gets. Mostly put together from YouTube since the instructions do not provide any guidance. Despite the fact that I turn it on and turn up the heat for ten minutes, I never get anything out of sugar floss. You can barely feel the center of the room. I filed a return form after I did not hear back from the seller. Just one more time before I boxed it up, I tried to start the machine. The turn knob for the heat was turned twice all the way around this time, rather than just placing it from cold to hot- Continue to press the hot button until you can no longer turn the knob. I WAS IN DENVER WHEN THE VOLTAGE MET WITH THE CANDY MACHINE, AND IT ALL WENT DOWN! This was a nightmare due to the hassle, the Styrofoam everywhere and the lack of any instructions, as well as wasting time looking up videos and help instructions that should have come from the company themselves. I was able to test this machine In order to start the cotton candy in just 3 seconds, we had to keep the temperature at the highest setting. There was a lot to be desired about the packaging. The machine was filled with very small, static pieces of styrofoam. It took some time to get most of this styrofoam out of the machine. Overall, we enjoyed using the machine and will continue to do so.

This is a very scammy business. As with other used units, it arrived covered in dents, scuffs, dirt, etc. The centre motor looks off-center and spins at an excessive rate, making it sound like nothing could stop it from exploding. Trying to contact It feels like I'm stranded with this garbage.

The fact that there wasn't much assembly put in was a plus. I would only suggest that you flush it with hot water immediately after use. Keep an eye out! There is a lot of heat in the center! As for negatives, I got the bubble cover which is a must! The only downside is that I didn't spot clean the sugar and when I did notice it, it was difficult to remove. It was easy to remove, but if you try and keep it, you may end up with some sugar.

It is a reliable machine that I would recommend. We have been using it consistently for some months now. Although you can turn the knob all the way up, I'm not convinced that the charging gauge is 100% accurate since it only reads 90 degrees. In spite of this, the machine works very well. Cleanup is easy as the floss spins out quickly and the machine is easy to maintain. It arrived a few days after the machine arrived, separated from the plastic dome. This set is very easy to assemble, but there are a lot of styrofoam balls all around! You may want to open your boxes outside. My husband took a leaf blower to the box and opened it with ease As we turned it over, there were still a few styrofoam balls scattered all over.
