Having just received my cotton candy machine, it will not turn on and there is no phone number I can call or site to visit looking for information. I would appreciate any direction you can give me on how to solve this issue.
It was a pleasure to see everyone's smiles when the staff set up this cotton candy machine for the residents. My opinion is that this product was great.
Amazon has been awesome to me this year, and this is the most awesome thing I've purchased! This product is easy to assemble, clean, transport, and use. It did not take me long to figure out the perfect way to make my first batch of cotton candy to hit the ceiling and land on the floor. This is a very good commercial grade product. It's very important that you read the instructions before purchasing this product. There is quite a bit of important and necessary information A cotton candy can be made with this machine in about 10 seconds, which is way better than they say it is. The amount of time they claim it takes is not 30. This is a great I applaud you. I am blown away!.
During our two uses, this machine proved useful. My two times were heard by you. It won't even turn on the third time we start it up. The fuse was changed and the problem persisted. I can't find out who to call when I have technical difficulties, which is a waste of money.
