I was somewhat disappointed with what was in the bags that are used for the sugars are similar to zip-lock bags, but they don't seal well during transportation or packaging and leak. However, the machine is very easy to use and operates well. A brief update I was so impressed with how quickly the seller sent me a replacement sugar without my needing to contact them. It is a truly magnificent customer service experience, and I highly recommend this product. I'd like to thank Carnüs.

I really like the way this machine works! First of all, the machine works best if it's run for ten minutes before any sugar is added. On the next screen, turn off the computer I scooped 5 scoops of ice cream. Normally, the machine suggests only one scoop at a time, but it produces results very quickly. There is too much scoop in there, and it will spray. Using number five, while making sure the middle knob is still visible and the sugar is spread evenly, it will work just fine. Turn it on and let it run. You can whirl a cone inside the spider webs when they appear. Hold the cone over the middle of the cone and keep turning it to pick up the candy. Simply swirl it down inside for a few turns. It turned out beautiful and perfect! The machine needed a decent clean up afterward, and you will have sugar on the table, but it easily cleaned up. Totally recommend. I would buy from you.
I bought it months in advance to get my holiday shopping done as early as possible. I made one batch of this product, and by the time it was used the second time, it was smoking and a flame was appearing. It is not recommended. It takes more than 30 days to return a product, so I am unable to return it. On Christmas Day, I was a little bummed that this became an instant takeaway on something that was on his wish list for two.

There are no non-profit organizations One aspect of the returnable package that I guarantee you aren't noticing should tell you everything you need to know. This junk is junk This is a scam, seriously don't buy it. This machine just doesn't work. I am a big fan of cheap electrics (which this is not at $60+), but this just isn't good. I made a couple cones of cotton candy, but eventually it became so gummed up with sugar that it was impossible to make In other words, it has built-in wobbly feet. A suction cup on the bottom doesn't actually suction to anything, so you can throw it around. There was a cheap one somewhere that made cotton candy with hard candy as well - that sort of thing. As for the last one, it was great and lasted quite a long time. I could have returned it if it failed.
There was an accident involving the machine. It is very distressing and embarrassing. Having used it twice, I am sure it is useful. There is a lot of upset among my boys. The first time I used it was fun, but now the heater tries to explode when I heat it up. Almost all of my time was spent watching it. A terrible situation!.
