Everything I cook has to be cooked on "1" or below to prevent food from burning. I have also noticed that the inside coating is falling off even though I have only used it four or five The only utensils I use are rubber or wooden and I wipe them out with a soft dishcloth or paper towel. As far as I am concerned, Paula Deen's name being associated with this product is unfathomable.

Why haven't I bought it sooner? It is one of my favorite appliances. I like how it heats It has been easy to clean up The surface remains clean since nothing is stuck to it enough to pose a significant cleaning challenge. In order to remove the skillet, it must be attached to Having said that, I am fine with it. It has been a breeze to clean up. There is no risk of bacteria growing on the lid.
