Having just received this today, I would like to thank you. The package arrived in good condition and on time. My initial disappointment was seeing that right out of the box, the pan already had a dent near the bottom. There was no damage to the box. The quality control would be poor in that case. There is very little weight to the skillet. I feel that the materials used in it are very cheap. In order to find out if it would work, I added water to the pan, plugged the device in and waited. My surprise was the speed with which it heated up, and I had boiling water shortly after I turned it on. However, I have not yet cooked in it. This skillet seems to be able to handle the job it is supposed to. My only concern is the durability of this product. Here are some pictures of the product.
Cleanup is easy, and it works like it should. This skillet has legs/feet that are not sturdy, but they do not interfere with usage enough to prevent it from being useful. As described, this is generally a cost-effective product that works In terms of operation, the best part has to be the fact that it can simmer foods (like a Cacciatore, for example) without boiling them. It has been too hot even when the temperature is on the lowest setting on other electric skillets I have tried. br> IMPORTANT NOTE Use a skillet that has been thoroughly cleaned and rinsed several times prior to use. It began to smoke shortly after I switched it on after the first wash. There was no food inside the machine. As a result, I washed and rinsed it a few more times, and after that I have not observed any more smoke.
Basically, that's a good size when cooking for just one person, thanks to its size and shape. Heats up quickly however it does not distribute evenly in the center, especially as the pan gets hotter. There are a lot of flimsy parts in it, so it isn't very sturdy at all. Cleaning is easy or you can clean it the same way you would any skillet you cannot directly put The price is a bit high for a product of.
It was delivered to me just The purpose of this review is to review the appearance and depth of the skillet. Despite its depth, this is not EXTRA DEEP at all. As this skillet measures in at 1 1/2 inches deep, it is large enough to handle almost anything except for the job of Spatters are less likely to happen with deeper pans, and that is why I liked the Bella so much. I agree that the skillet does seem very light and appears to be held together by a single screw in the bottom. This pulled the upper cooking part so tight, it dented the surface, but I don't see how it would impact cooking, but we'll see once the skillet is used. Due to the fact you can't submerge the skillet in water, cleaning it will be more difficult. A stem hole can be found in the lid and it is very nice. In a few weeks, I will follow up on the review once I have used it for a while. I had to stop trying to fry pork chops tonight since my oven stopped This electric pan is not worth your money after 8 months of use. Stay away from it. The fact that it failed to last even a year is reason enough. Tonight, I have to give it an even lower rating.
As if it had been run over, the box looked like it had been destroyed. As well as the skillet box, it was I'm lucky to have such an all-around gentleman in my husband. There are dents in the wood that were tapped out. It's a shame, but the skillet is a dreadful one. During the day, it heats unevenly and the temperature can be very dangerous to leave. My wish would have been for There was no point in trying again after three tries.
Because the electrical plug can not stay inside and keeps popping out while inserted, it is difficult for the pan to be used at any temperature therefore, it failed in every aspect. Those electrical pans were what I had been looking forward to! It was a disappointment.
Don't waste it. It only heats up when it's set to high, then turns off when the power is turned off again. You have to hold the cord in to get the hot water flowing.
Your counter is covered in liquid and grease because the lid does not seal. We have a mess that's too big. This sink is nice in size, but it is too shallow, making it difficult to clean. There is a repeatable issue where the plug falls out and must be pushed back into the unit. This is such a disappointment for me. In anticipation of cooking for one with less effort, I looked forward to it.
