Don't waste your time on junk! This is junk! It doesn't last like the other two I've had
3/5

My white washer's coating has chipped off (as it has on the last two), even though I have hand washed it and it hasn't been subjected to heavy usage. I can't believe how you've fallen, Kitchenaid. Unlike your grandma's or mother's kitchen aid, this isn't one of those. don't understand why they don't just sell an uncoated replacement paddle instead?.

The clearance between the beater and the bowl should be adjusted
5/5

It has been almost 19 years since I purchased my Kitchenaid Ultra Power stand mixer. I have been using it in the kitchen for a long time, and I highly recommend it. The edge of the tip on the coated flat beater has been showing a little wear in the last year or two. My hesitation to purchase a replacement beater was caused by numerous Amazon reviews and Kitchenaid customer reviews indicating that the new beaters were not as durable as their predecessors. As a result, Amazon provided me with a replacement. Additionally, I adjusted the clearance between the beater and bowl by using a The beater would probably not have needed to be replaced if I had done this sooner. I have had no problems with the new beater so far Worked like a charm! In order to avoid damaging the sink or counter, I take special care not to drop the bottle. To be safe, I have kept the old beater in case the new one breaks or disintegrates! To get the best results, keep the manual that came with the mixer, adjust the beater-to-bowl clearance, select the proper size beater for your mixer, pay attention to the beater, and be careful with it.

Six months after coating is applied, it comes off
3/5

There has been a decline in the quality of these beaters. At least one or two of these are ordered every year from the company, and they are tried to be babyed (handwash, etc. ), but eventually the coating peels, flakes, or scrapes off without fail, so I have to purchase The only thing I would have liked was for this beater to be made entirely out of metal without the stupid coating.

You should avoid these unless you like food with paint chips
3/5

As soon as we picked it up for the first time, it started chipping. There is no reference to the old, unpainted version anywhere I look. It seems our old mixer attachment has started turning It seems the metallic residue wears away after a long time.

I bought this as a replacement for the old one. I can't use the paddle because the paint is chipping! Due to thanksgiving and the lack of choice, we grabbed the paint chips. There is gray food. Paint chips are the ones we choose. It is a pleasure doing business with you, You normally make me happy, but you need to get.

The size is too small
3/5

The size of the mixing bowl is not right for a The KitchenAid company must have sold out and joined the planned obsolescence club. In the past couple of years, I acquired a few other things from them as well that quickly broke. If there is a quality drop off, I would spend more, but KitchenAid, at least to me, is no longer that. I am sorry to hear that.

Warning This has lead in the coating
3/5

I realized I had ordered lead based metal after purchasing one of these. In what way? My first reaction when I saw the California health warning sticker was to wonder what exactly was so dangerous about a machine designed to handle What's the reason? No matter how it is coated in enamel, it will still work. As you know, enamel chips over time. That's why this paddle is the new one I bought to replace the old The last one I bought chipped despite being washed by hand As the metal wears out, it should eventually occur. If I were told that the metal was lead, I would have replaced it sooner! It was a chipped paddle I was using to make food for my family! The kitchen I bought would not have been as useful as I thought if I had known In the first place, the mixer should have been a Kitchen Aid. They should provide more information about the material used, even if it is a "little" detail. Look how clear other items are about the materials they are made of There is a stainless steel bowl, polymer plastic, etc. I believe this company knows how to make these things. Buying coated lead just wouldn't be as profitable as buying plain lead.

The new one is good, but the old one won't last
4/5

The new one is good, but the old one won't last. It's too bad you can't get a stainless one unless you move up to a professional mixer. Two years had passed since my previous job. As a result of eating bits of plastic off the beater, I became tired of it. You can see the previous one in the photo.

Here's the second one where finish does not work! There is a problem with reaching Kitchenaid
3/5

This is my second one that I have had to replace because the finish has peeled. On the top, the skin peels away. My daughters also had to be replaced due to the same issue. The piece of finish found its way into the The quality of the product is terrible. My attempts to call were so frustrating that I spent an unreasonable amount of time on the phone only to be switched to recordings continually. There are two small appliances made by Kitchenaid, but all my large appliances are made by Kitchenaid. This is extremely frustrating for me. In fact, I am purchasing the stainless flat beater, but frankly Kitchenaid needs to fix this problem! This problem is not unique to me, as I have seen others complain about it. You should not buy it. Use stainless steel instead.
