The gift was for my grandmother, who is 93 years old The purpose of this purchase was to replace the vintage KitchenAid mixer in mom's kitchen. Since the replacement mixer had to fit in the special cabinet made for the old mixer, it had to be no taller than 13" and it had to be light enough for mom to lift and move. Our arthritis has caused some limitations and the mini was ideal for us. Additionally, the mixing bowl handle was helpful on account of some arthritis limitations. 3
3. 2 Her favourite baking method requires 5 quarts - she can use it as a dehydrator as well A large batch of cookies, a modest sized cake, or plenty of dough for rolls at a family gathering (it's obvious that she's not running a bakery) can all be made with it, and the mixer doesn't even seem mini! you have used the standard beaters and dough hook, you should It has made mom very happy! She is back to baking and enjoys the upgrades that have been made over the last several decades.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. I recently upgraded from my 80$ mini stand Costway mixer to this one. b. I chose 3 out of the options. Because I do not have a lot of counter space, I choose the empire red, 5 qt. I've seen this in person and it's really beautiful. My favorite thing to make is french macarons, and this has definitely been a hit. A few pros When it goes on full speed, there is no vibration - It is simple to clean and dries faster thanks to its stainless steel construction - but at the cost of cleaning. An interesting aspect of this bowl is that it has a handle. The system has been stable most of the time - What a very cute face! The price! 219 dollars was the price I paid for mine during prime day.
Having Kitchen Aid appliances for many years has been a blessing to me. I bought this smaller mixer as I only cook for one and I gave away my large Kitchen Aid mixer. It is a good idea to put the attachments into the dishwasher before using them. Having assumed it was made of plastic, I was surprised to see that the whipper stem was black. My whipped cream, egg whites, or whatever else I put in my food bowl never felt confident that my whipped cream wouldn't cause a reaction and have that oxide in it. Moreover, I made a cake and found that the new mixer did not provide the same quality of speed and power as It is a very disappointing product all around.
This is The mixer is small, particularly in comparison to the KitchenAid Professional 600 mixer. The adult daughter said it looked like a part that goes with the Easy Bake Oven when it was pulled out of the box. My bigger mixer isn't good at making small batch recipes, so I bought the smaller mixer. During a mixing process, the ingredients are buried at the bottom and the attachments are positioned at the top. There is no guarantee that this mixer is right for you. A lot of people who cook really well and use both the big mixer and this small mixer may find this to be useful. This would be helpful if you cook for two people. the average cook would prefer a 4 in terms of their cooking level. This KitchenAid model has a 5 quart capacity. Unless I wanted to make cookies for a holiday bake sale or for a bake sale, I wouldn't use this mixer.
, I use this mini mixer for everything that doesn't need the capacity of my full size Kitchenaid. It's also great for making small-portion dishes such as cioppino and tartlets for potlucks. Bake a batch of cookie dough, dinner rolls, make individual loaves of bread, top crumble with nutmeg, and so on. Her plus is that she is attractive! As long as her Big Brother, who is also Empire Red, is in the same room as her, she has her own spot in my kitchen! This mixer is perfect for those with limited space and no need for a full size mixer.
The mini model like this one is a good choice if you are mindful of the quantities of the ingredients since most dough recipes designed for a stand mixer call for about twice as many ingredients as a mini mixer can process. The bowl is not as large as that of the classic model, but the motor is powerful enough. Eventually, though, I made the adjustment and found that it worked.
The mini mixer I purchased is just what I wanted! It is powerful, small, convenient to keep on my counter and still have room I bought this as one of my best kitchen appliance purchases so far.
The mini version is perfect for making cakes, pancake mix, etc. I love the fact that this is the smaller version instead of the.
