During the first two weeks of having this machine, I really enjoyed using Since I have owned several stand mixer brands over the years, and never stray from the manufacturer's recommendations, I am extremely familiar with controlling the mixer. It is important to me that my mixers are well-maintained and the gears are protected. A few days after getting my mixer, I began to hear a whining sound and the head was stiff to close, so I called Cuisinart who mailed me a shipping label. Based on their report, they said in 4" Six weeks later I would either receive my mixer back into working order or another unit that would be totally refurbished like new. The unit had to work for me so I could accept a used unit. Almost 4 weeks have passed since UPS dropped off a package. Something was never shipped to me, nor was it notified to me by phone or email. Fortunately, I was at home at the time so it was not In my second call to Cuisinart, I was advised to send in the unit and wait 4 business days for it to be received. I will be away for six In any case, the agent pretended they were unable to guarantee the next one would be better, and they did not promise to send me a replacement. Agents said they were sorry but, since they do not have contact with the warehouse, they must assume the refurbished unit sent will be working properly. They are not able to explain why it's failing and cannot guarantee that the next unit will work properly. A stand mixer is not allowed to be sent out for repair, nor is it sold by Conair, the company that owns Cuisinart. It is not possible to exchange the stand mixers under warranty for a new one, unlike some of their other products. I was told this repeatedly by several Cuisinart agents, and they made it clear that, even if there were multiple broken mixers, they would send me a new one to guarantee I would be able to use a mixer that was in working order. The problem was that every time I called, I had to describe exactly what was happening again in the same detail I had done the first time. Finally I contacted Amazon Customer Service. I received this mixer far past the period of time when I am supposed to return it to Cuisinart. I am speechless! Awe-inspiring mixer! I was blown away by it. My search for this one took some time until I finally found it online. Between 00 and It is 20. 00). Here's something you don't want to miss this mixer is just as good or even better than some of the brand name ones. This is a heavy-duty machine. No matter how tough the mixing conditions are, this machine can handle it. This is great! I really like It's been a pleasure cooking bread, cookies, cakes, and whipping up other yummy treats. I like it a lot. I would recommend this mixer without a doubt.

I love this to the core! I've been wanting this for the longest of time but I was always struggling with the cost. Once I got my own kitchen, I promised myself I would treat myself. After that I began to search and think about waiting for the Black Friday or any other sale or deal. The Cuisinart mixer always comes to mind when I think of this. My first thought was that it was better looking than the kitchen aid model. I have also used cuisinart products before, I have a food processor the is quite old but still works fine, and I have a hand blender/mixer. The cuisinart works just as well and to last just as long. When I saw the deal on the cuisinart, I convinced myself that this would be just as good and as durable. The truth is, I love it, so I bought it. is the same as the kitchen aid that my sister uses. In fact, it is actually better because my Cuisinart gets the sides rather than the Kitchen Aid I've been told all Kitchen Aid attachments work here, too. There are also a variety of attachments offered by Cuisinart.
