I made many cheesecakes for my family and friends with the InstantPot. It was a pleasure to see the Shardor perform. With enough power to whip up cream cheese, and yet slow and controlled enough to add eggs to a thick batter, it made easy work of anything. I don't know what happened to our last mixer! There was no way to turn it off even at the lowest setting. Making unnecessary messes and being frustrating to use was its main problem. There is no comparison between Shardor and The Shardor. The mixers that it came with had a longer length that I really liked! A few of our mixing bowls are now easier to mix in. Honestly, I have not yet received any negative feedback. Originally purchased as a replacement for a 52 year old Penncrest, whose motor was starting to rust. My old mixer seemed less powerful, so I like this mixer more. It is also nice that it's small enough to sit on a counter in its stand, since it comes with beaters and dough hooks. This is a great tool. My first attempt, I thought I had the beaters placed correctly, since they seemed to click in place. As I began creaming the butter and sugar, one of the beaters fell out. Though I changed sides, I do not believe it matters as much as the dough hooks do. I was able to get it to work In order to make the batter for the upside down cake, I used beaters. It warms up super fast, so you can only use it for two to three minutes before it needs to cool down for 15 minutes. When you want to juice your lemon harvest to freeze the juice, it takes 2 to 3 days. That's fine if you are only making a smoothie, but if you want to juice to freeze, it takes longer. I am disappointed.

While the thing won't improve your decorating skills, it does make whipped cream and buttercream frosting easier! That's the coolest thing!

I can't believe it! Despite its small size and crowded kitchen, I find it to be very compact and works well. This has ten speeds for every need!

I like the 10 speeds it has! It has a shape so that if you place it down to scrape the bowl or whatever, it will support itself and you do not need to rest it on.
