The [Hand Mixer Electric] offers a lightweight motor and five-level speed capacity in an electric mixer with a 110-120V power source. If you want to achieve optimal mixing consistency and avoid messes, you should increase the speed slowly.

With this set, you will receive 30 sets of 7 and 9 inch baking papers. The stripping knife enables you to release the cake from the baking sheet. The package contains two muffin pans. They are each 6 cup and come with 50 cupcake papers, which easily make muffins and cupcakes. Both can be baked in an oven up to 445°F.

The bowls come in sizes 9 & 10 and are made out of stainless steel. Numbers 5 and 10 are equivalent. There are 6 and 7 Quarts in 5 inch and 6 inch sizes. When an electric mixer is used, scratches can occur as a result of friction.

Cake pans such as these are not designed to handle super liquid batters. Cakes such as cheesecakes, sponge cakes, and so on are ideal for them. It is best to make cakes that have a thick batter.
