Even with its low power, the mixer is fast, fast and fast. If it had decent beaters that would have made it way more powerful. My computer did this after the 3rd time I used it (see picture). There was a break between the spoke and shaft of the beater. The product had been with me for 32 days, which means I was not eligible to return it. As a result, I contacted Amazon, who contacted Black and Decker, and I am on my way to getting a new set of beaters. It just doesn't live up to the hype I would not purchase it again if I had the chance due to the shoddy construction. It's such a shame to ruin a good mixer like this! A brief update When I received the new beaters, I made a cake the next day, and one of the beaters broke. was able to get my money back by calling. This model is not recommended. Look for something with thicker beaters instead!.
As far as the main unit is concerned, I have no problem. There are two things I don't like about the kid's toy "Beaters" is a group that likes to watch soccer. In the past, I used a standard beater that was marked "grown-up" When I was growing up, I often used 'up' beater attachments to shred chicken breast for soups BUT these little, wimpy, asshats! In the end, the chicken was shot through the whole bunch of beaters. They are obviously ridiculously flimsy because they are absurdly thin. The money you invested has been thrown away. This is a bad product! Don't buy! The total opposite of what I wanted.
An older version of this program has been updated The mixer we have been using for so long finally wore out. Therefore, let's take the bottom line into account. This model is powerful, inexpensive, and, if it holds up as well as the older model, will last a long time. TV shows like Chopped won't show gourmet cooks using it, but they don't worry about saving.
I honestly consider this mixer to be the best I have ever owned. I bought this kit for a very low price and it works great. The music is great. I have had both a standing mixer and hand mixer over the years, but this one is the best. The battery is plenty powerful. In the past, I've made whipped cream with it. Perfect for cookie baking. I've used it many times. I love it.
Compared to other mixers, I really enjoy this one. This weight is just right and its speeds can be easily adjusted. The variety of speeds is appealing to me. I like the carrying case it comes with and the different beaters it comes with too. This is the kind of thing I would highly recommend.
Things I don't like
Taking into account the To whip the cream, for example, is a difficult task because the basket is too heavy. It's like additional exercise on the other hand)- I have noticed that the speed switcher's positions do not always match each other. Sometimes it switches to the next or even the third speed when I start mixing. It's very sensitive, so you have to adjust to it. For me, the storage case is not an advantage since I do not use it. I wouldn't buy it again. I found this mixer to be good overall, but I'm not sure I'll buy it again.
That was funny, but I didn't mind. Even though this mixer is a basic black model, it comes in a mysterious black plastic attachés case, which might indicate there is more to it than I expected. It works fine for the small things I do with this mixer type - aside from that, it does what it says it will. Most of my baking involves colored frostings for cakes, whipped egg whites, and the occasional whipped cream. My Kitchen Aid stand mixer has trouble mixing bread, so I won't be using it for that application. It came with a hook attachment, but since I have trouble mixing bread with my Kitchen Aid stand mixer, I won't use it for that. I would say that it is solid for what it is.
A very CHEAP version of this is available. After the second time I used it, the beater holders became stuck and failed to hold the beater. A refund should be issued as this was a guaranteed purchase. It would not be a good decision to buy another one, so I am not looking for.
