This microwave was received 35 days after I received it, but due to business travel, I didn't install it until 37 days after receiving The day I was supposed to have worked was not working. As I contacted the seller, his response was It has been 30 days since the purchase, so I will be contacting Frigidaire for warranty service. Just a comment. Over 34 years of my work life have been spent providing customer support to military contractors. It is NEVER acceptable for me to tell a customer, "it is over a month, sorry, call the manufacturer. ". I would replace something that did not work from day one even if it had been 5 days since I sold the item. Since my company has a reputation to maintain, I cannot take chances. The seller has earned my distrust, and I won't bother to do business with her Frickidaire is NEVER going to be a part of my life. My over-the-range microwave had been broken for 3 years, so I wanted to replace it with the same one because it made replacing it much easier. The bracket is already attached to the wall, so just unplug it, remove three bolts, and slide it off. As a result, I bought a new one that does nothing at all. Upon diagnosis, the control board or door latch assembly was to blame, and the refrigerator sent out a service technician to fix it. Both of them were ordered by him. In less than a week, he contacted me and informed me that it would take at least six months for the parts to be Within 2 weeks, Frigidaire replaced it with a functional microwave. After contacting Frigidaire, they agreed to replace the microwave. On top of that, my Frigidaire range that has been less than 3 1/2 years old just quit working while I was waiting for the new microwave. My old range was stolen, so I went to Home Depot and purchased a Samsung stove to replace it. You should just stay away from.

My level of experience with this kind of work is limited, as I am a woman whose background is not in handywork. Its design is stunning and it's built to last. My other appliances match well with it, and I was able to save so much counter space by purchasing this. I highly recommend it.

Daily routine for us in our home includes using the microwave. There is no explanation on Amazon as to what the thickness rating category It is a microwave and I guess the consistency is right. The bracket on the wall isn't easy to install, but it was done after a bit of a Vented filters/covers are a little bent, and the right one falls out every once in a while, so we have to bend it back into shape and reinstall it. There is no way to change the time. It has been done several times exactly as indicated in the manual. I have tried to do it with others and no one has been able to accomplish it. Outside there is a very slight rippling of the metal but this is purely cosmetic. Besides that, it works fine as far as we know, and we have been using it for several weeks now. We are still getting used to its noisiness, but it is a bit louder than our old Frigidaire microwave. Although this microwave is not as good as our former Frigidaire over the stove microwave, this is what we had to replace it with because it was no longer available.

After the first microwave was delivered, it could not be installed because of its dent damage. I was sent a replacement by Amazon. When we finally plugged it in (after nearly two hours of trying to mount it before it shorted out and tripped my apartment's breaker), sparks flew and we needed additional support in order to mount it. There is a power outlet, so it should be fine.
The door does not completely latch nor align, so the microwave wouldn't have worked Only a door that is securely closed will enable the unit to operate. It is obvious that this brand/model is very cheaply made and a serious safety concern! You should stay away.

A lot of dents were on it and inside. The product was twisted so much, it did not line up at all. It is hideous, and I wish I could get a refund.

works well in the microwave, but I decided to purchase a version that vented above the range instead. This product was missing a baffle when it was delivered, which was required to properly ventilate it. Whenever I try to ventilate, it just makes a ton of noise and blows at the top rather than drawing air from the cooktop. It's been more than a week since I've tried contacting Frigidair, but I'm still without an answer. My chances of success are low, but I'm going to keep trying.

However, do not use the screws provided with it to fit into the wall. The first screw you use to secure it to the wall will flex the wall like it was made out of the weakest aluminum ever. Completely remove the screw head strip, so if you need to back it out, it will be impossible for you.
