In the beginning, I used the Trinity Paintball refill adapter for a year or so. During the course of using it, I filled up The inlet ball valve began to leak, and the leak spread to the outlet ball It came with a 30-day warranty which was pretty weak, so I didn't bother getting another. In addition, replacement parts were extremely expensive.
So I figured I'd try something else instead and went for this model. I find it a little different than what I'm used to, but I'm sure it works well! It'll take a few more fills and time to tell if it lasts. I've only refilled 3 tanks in the last couple of weeks. In the event that it does break, I will update this review. I still need to update this review, unless I do so before the end of the year.
There were exactly two times when this refill adapter worked, but it stopped working after that. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't fill paintball C02 tanks with air. Despite having a nearly full 20 lb C02 tank in my basement, I've had to resort to filling my C02 tanks at my local gas station.
I was unable to consistently fill US 60L canisters, and when I was able to do so, the water went only.
No matter what I tried, I couldn't get it to fill my soda stream tank. After watching the video and following the directions precisely, I completed the assignment. I tried several times to fill the soda stream tank but it never filled. I emptied the tank multiple times but nothing seemed to work. Them's the ones who got you! It's no use wasting your time or money on it.
Worked on soda stream but not on water.
Even though it was a bit tricky to use (not because of the design, but because sodastream made it hard), I got it to work in the end. To connect the hose to the can of CO2, a big wrench is definitely necessary. As soon as it was finger tightened, it bled. It was helpful to watch the tutorial video. For the tank, co2 and adapter, it cost me about $200, but the investment will be worth it in the long run versus the outrageous $15 price of supplying sodastream or reusing sodastream cans at my By the time I have paid for it, it will have been worth it.
