I found it to be a great tool
5/5

My Air Fryer had a broken filter so I bought this one to replace it. Fortunately, I did not have to buy another I found the process to be very straightforward. This is how it was demonstrated on a YouTube video. Here's hoping it can be of use to someone else as well.

I was able to solve my microwave problem by switching the switch
4/5

This model, JES1142SJ02, belongs to the JES1142SJ02 series from GE Microwave. When I opened the door of my microwave, the interior would light up I first thought it might possibly be a power supply problem. After some research, though, I found out it was a switch. The keyboard worked, showed the time, beeped when you hit the keys, but the turntable did not rotate or heat up if you used the microwave. As I opened up the microwave and checked all four switches, I discovered it had a problem with the top primary switch. It was worth it for me to buy The FD-63 switch is better than the FD-63 This is 63 one because it's 16(3) 250V as stated on the specs, and it has 250V printed on the body of my old defective one. It is unfortunate that the new switch does not specify that on its body, as it is printed With 16 A 250V. In my opinion, only 16(3)A actually should be used, as opposed to just 16A, but hopefully the specs are accurate, and it is a 16(3) A 250V switch that is replaced my old, defective one. It was a primary switch that I replaced. In order for the top door latch to interact with the top switch, it has to be triggered by the contact at the top. An instructional booklet is included inside the microwave. The booklet reviews the circuit boards and the flow charts for finding out what is wrong. To remove the cover, you will need to use a security screw bit. Before you do anything inside the microwave, ensure that the capacitor has been discharged first as you may become electrocuted by the stored electricity. Thus far, everything seems to be going well. As of today, my microwave is back to normal and working correctly. I saved over $100 by making a $5 switch instead of buying a new microwave. Here's an update. ***On 11/25/2020, the switch was only in place for one It took a while to solve the problem again after ordering another one. It would be great if it lasted longer than a One star was knocked off.

After a long time, the microwave oven began working I had a cheap Magic Chef (Daewoo) microwave oven for more than a year and a half until it suddenly stopped working except for making noise
4/5

The turntable does not rotate, there is no microwave, there is no light. By the door there are three switches, and the one that failed was on the bottom, the one that is the most difficult Also, I only found a "0" rating on it when I got it out. I didn't find much help in searching for data when looking at "3A 24V DC" and the maker's name "GERSUNG". On the switch and on the actuating button, there were "burn" marks not only at the contacts but also on the switch itself. In this case, the 16A rating of the replacement switch was sufficient because it is located on one side of the AC input. On the other hand, the top switch marked "StrAton" on the side opposite the ratings I find from LONYE is nearly identical. It is unclear to me why Daewoo would use a different switch on the other side of the line, perhaps there would be a Korean part in there as well. I was able to fit the StrAton/LONYE switch, the terminals were the right size, and the microwave oven is now functional. Can you tell me how long the project will take? You don't have to do a lot to change them As a result, I rate it at 4 stars right now. It is important to note that "StrAton" switches can be purchased from other Amazon dealers Take a look at the listings' pictures. It is worth noting, however, that my Daewoo-branded car is not cheap The capacitor of this microwave had a "bleeder" resistor across it, so that the capacitor would not stay charged for longer It is possible for these resistors to fail even if present It is a very good idea to make sure the capacitor is discharged with something other than your hand before doing anything to the microwave. Yes, I did that once on another microwave.

Served as a sales representative for Kenmore Convection Microwave starting in Good to go! We suddenly had a problem with our 2007 Kenmore convection microwave that would not start or would run when the door was Furthermore, if one pulled on the door a little, it would start working
5/5

This indicated that one of the sensors was possibly defective. I'm not sure if anybody has ever tried to fix a microwave before. The fact that we had to replace it caused me great pain. We originally paid over $400 for this microwave. Moreover, the rest of the microwaves on the market seemed to be of poor quality. As you can see, I got a screwdriver and a tork to open up the It was demonstrated in two YouTube videos, but it's not ours! The first video we watched required the entire cabinet to come apart. The model is six cubic feet. Our only issue was with a screw on the back left side. We couldn't get it out, but we were able to lift up the shell enough to access the sensor inside. All parts inside the vehicle other than the component that we were replacing were to be left alone. The old sensor was pried off the casing, the wires were removed and then a new one was installed with a flathead screwdriver. All done and now the cabinet has to be screwed back down on the microwave. Yes, the moment of truth, and we had our doubts. Yes, I tested it by plugging it in and it worked as expected. The other people who reviewed my website helped us decide to do it ourselves, so I hope it helps you save some money on replacing your microwave. As well, thank you to those folks.

We had a problem with our Power Airfryer XL that needed to be fixed
5/5

the airfryer virtually every single day it's the absolute best invention ever. However, the switch no longer works, the lid will not turn on when closed. A quick fix is this switch, which fixes the problem in an instant. To change the switch, you need only a Phillips screwdriver and some pliers, since the thinner connectors of the new switch make it easier. This worked like a charm, the air fryer is ready to be used.

The trick I used to fix my microwave worked
5/5

It was possible to do it for free, however. There is no reason to spend money on an expensive over-the-stove microwave when a $5 part will do the job. Until I received this replacement part, I had fixed the microwave by just running a jumper wire in the place where the old broken switch had been. In other words, it could have been fixed for $0, but I thought for $5 it was worth getting things done more officially I am happy with the solution, and if it should go out in the future, I can use the jumper wire trick until a new switch becomes available.

Fix for a low price
5/5

100, you're going to find that it's one of these switches that causes your microwave to suddenly shut down. As long as you understand electricity and are more than moderately mechanical, you can test and replace them yourself, which saves you from having to throw away a $100/$200/$300 microwave because a $5 switch malfunctioned. On YouTube, there are numerous videos showing how to perform this test and replace the capacitor. Caution should also be taken not to discharge the capacitor(s) before doing any work.
