The two boxes came well packaged. Replacing it is super easy and it takes less than 10 minutes to install. For my GE MODEL (JB655SK1SS)
I purchased it and installed it by myself. It took me a little over 15 minutes after my glass top was Make a picture of the connections so you have an idea of what they are like. After you unplug the stove, there are 2 1/4" nut drivers that need to be removed before the stovetop can be opened. The pvc pipe that I use holds it open is 2 feet long. Take a picture of the Burner underneath it (on the right side of the burner). I used needle nose pliers to remove the tube connections and then put them back in by hand. Pull the wires out gently as you don't want to damage them by using excessive force. You will need needle nose pliers to remove the 3 clips and then you will be ready.

We used this for our GE J BP72S0M2SS range and it appears to be an OEM part. Installation isn't the easiest, and you almost certainly need another pair of hands, but I found it to be quite straightforward. It only took me about 20 minutes. Spend some time with someone who is able to help. If you are removing the old element, ensure you take some pictures of how the wires connect.

In the event that you do not- This is not a good buy. There is a problem with some vendors not posting the size of the element on their product and using the wrong description of the part number. It was the right part number, but the wrong size. It was a waste of time and effort to buy this from another online store. If you know the size of your burner, then you can pick the right part.
