I haven't heard from the seller in a long time

While I liked the glasses, I did receive one that was broken (to put it mildly, it was completely crushed), which I understand, but when I contacted the seller to request a replacement glass, I received no response. It's been two weeks since that incident occurred.

Set of hurricane glasses in excellent condition

Overall, these are fantastic glasses. My only gripe is that the bottom is completely flat, rather than having a cone-shaped air pocket, which causes the glasses to section off and become coasters when they sweat.
