John, the glass is 7" tall from the tabletop to the rim. The vessel itself is 4 inches long, with a small dip in the stem beyond that. Just a heads up, that dip will pick up residue from drinks. ie. If not thoroughly cleaned, milk. It is, however, simple to get a finger with a sponge down there once you are aware of the situation. If it isn't being washed right away, it also helps to put a little water in it. Just over 3" in diameter at the top of the glass. I hope this has been of assistance. Enjoy your glasses; they're elegant, but I wear them every day.
Yes, and the overall quality is outstanding. I compared drinking goblets in local department stores and found them to be of poor quality. They were too fragile, unlike the other glasses in the set, and each glass was priced at $4 or more. This set is stunning, and the price is well justified.
The glass measures 7 inches in height from bottom to top.
The stem is approximately 2 and 1/2 inches long, depending on where you measure the base of the glass's bowl. The glass is just over 7 inches tall in total. I hope this has been of assistance.

We got these glasses as part of our wedding registry 14 years ago. The first time we hosted a large family dinner, we started with eight glasses and then added four more. Since then, we've bought a few more boxes to replace the glasses we've broken. They are not delicate and can withstand a little clanking and rough handling. A fall or a knock against the granite countertop, however, will destroy them. My husband fills them with protein shakes on a regular basis, and while the powder scratches the glass, they still look nice. Despite the fact that we've broken a few, we continue to buy them because they're classic, stylish, and extremely functional. And 14 years later, I'm still able to locate them with ease! This is a significant advantage. They have a large capacity and are sturdy without being bulky. They're ideal for any- and all-occasions. They're suitable for everyday use as well as a holiday meal. I would strongly suggest it.
They'd look great with just about any type of dinnerware. At the table, these are ideal for serving "all beverages. " Water, tea, milk, wine, and beer are all examples of beverages that can be consumed. My wife adores them; we've had our Anchor Hocking Pub glasses for "literally" as long as I can remember, and these are a nice change that look a little more elegant and mature. The only oddity I noticed, and the reason I gave it four stars, is that these are billed as 16oz. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no Right out of the box, they appeared to be 12 oz. They have a capacity of around 13 ounces. I tested one by pouring a 12 oz beer into it to see if it was 16 oz. For your information, a 12oz Yuengling was poured about 3/8 inch from the rim, and that was the extent of the measuring. If it can hold 12 ounces of icy cold water. However, for $28, you get 12 lovely table goblets. There's nothing like it. At that price, it's an excellent buy. They've made my wife extremely happy. If you order these, I don't think you'll be disappointed in the least.
These have a nice weight to them and a nice feel to them. They are transparent, with a smooth, round rim. I've been putting them in the dishwasher and they appear to be fine; at this price, I won't be concerned if one breaks by accident. They're also suitable for use as a table setting for a party. I would strongly suggest it.
I bought these goblets for the holidays because I like their simple, classic design and think they'll look nice on my table. I had no room in my kitchen cabinets for anything, but I found a way to fit these in. Although the price is excellent, it has increased since I purchased them last month. For twelve glasses, the price is still reasonable, but it will undoubtedly rise again. I buy things I like when I find them at a reasonable price. Now if I could just find a 7-quart Kitchen Aid mixer for less than $500. 00! A glass of water or root beer looks extra special when served in these goblets. Consider how lonely they'll appear on your Thanksgiving table. Then all you have to do is sit back and take in all the compliments. I was a little hesitant to order because some people had complained about jagged glass on the set they had received. Mine were flawless, and I double-checked everything as soon as I got them, so hopefully that issue has been resolved. I'd buy another set if I had a bigger family and needed more kitchen cabinets. They're that nice, and they clean up nicely in my dishwasher and have a nice gleam.
It's a nice glass, but it's not exactly what I was looking for. What I like about these is that they have a classic look to them that I can use when I have a large group of people over. People break glasses over time, so having extras is a good idea. br>br>The Goblet on the left was the one that was handed over. br>I was looking for more Libby goblet glasses to go with the lobby goblet on the right. br>The left goblet holds approximately 16 ounces when not completely filled. The other one has a capacity of 15 ounces. br>br>I'm not sure where I'll be able to find the smaller-width glass that will allow me to store all 12 on my cabinet.
I recently bought a new dinner table, and the glasses I had were constantly sweating, and the condensation was seeping through the placemat and ruining the new table. As a result, I went looking for goblet glasses and came across these. They're very sturdy, which I like. I went to a few different stores in the area and noticed that the glass was very thin. These Libbey glasses are a little thicker, making them ideal for everyday use and making a nice statement at the dinner table!.
They hold a little less than some similar ones we've had since the mid-2000s, but they're still good. '00s (which, like most glass items, went from a set of 8 to two over time), these feel great in the hand, and there are now enough for everyone at the dinner table to have one again. br>br>The issue we had occurred while I was unpacking them and giving them a quick wash. Two of the glasses had razor-sharp shards embedded in the inside rims, right where your upper lip would rest if you took a sip. Thankfully, only the side of my hand was cut, not my mouth, but it was shocking enough that we double-checked each glass to make sure none of the others had been harmed. Although the shards were part of the glass rather than loose fragments, I was able to break them off with some doubled-up paper towels. no ill effects from using a paper towel effects on the glass (and, thankfully, only a bandaid was needed on my hand). br>br>As there doesn't appear to be a way to contact Libbey through Amazon, I'm hoping someone there will notice this.
These are fantastic. Water is served in wine glasses to me. Although I do not drink alcohol, I enjoy dressing up. My previous ones had broken, and I needed a complete set to hang in my wine holder, so I purchased these. These are very nice; they're sturdy and have thick glass, which is exactly what I'm looking for since I'll be using them every day. A ten out of ten. I would buy it again.
