The design is appealing, but the quality is poor

The glass itself is quite lovely, with a lovely design and the ideal size for a gin and tonic. It was a hit with my wife. Unfortunately, I'm using the past tense because it spontaneously cracked after pouring a drink, leaving me disappointed. Customer service at Enesco was unable to assist me. br>br>Two stars because, as I previously stated, the product is attractive, but don't expect it to last more than a few months.
