When I saw this question, I was in the kitchen and used a measuring cup to answer it. water. 9 oz is a comfortable serving size. If you fill it to the brim, it should hold around 12 oz.

It's a Godinger Goblet in this case. Of course, the quality is excellent. However, the Goblet I received is not the same as the one pictured or described (see photo), which is a major disappointment. Now I need to find a different place to order the Globlet pictured. As a result, I rated it as a two.
There is a substantial amount of free crystal. These goblets are lovely, and they're made of lead-free glass. They're made of free crystal and are large and heavy, but they're not too delicate for everyday family use. Prepare to have a good time with your drink. The beaded look is very trendy right now - something unusual in a traditional goblet, and made of clear crystal, and very attractive - Although the beading obscures the clarity, this is the effect I'm going for. These were in perfect condition and had no flaws when they arrived. "Lumina 9 ounce crystal Water Goblets" is printed on the retail carton, and Godinger Silver Art Company is listed on the bottom. Just a heads up: the set of four is $39 at Neiman Marcus. Marcus and I have seen the set for sale in other online shops for a higher price, but I paid $15 for it. To go with the goblets, there is a variety of stemware, plates, and other assorted pieces available.
These goblets were a hit with me. The quality is excellent and the design is stunning. We used them for both water and wine. I bought two sets and would highly recommend them as a gift!.
These crystal goblets arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I would have saved them for Christmas dinner if the beading didn't cover the entire glass and stem. When you zoom in on the online photo, you can see that the stem is clear and smooth. I returned them because I thought the beading down the stem looked strange.
I took a photo of them and looked for them on Amazon. They are something I use on a regular basis. They are a hit with my visitors. It was a fantastic value. Even better is the gleam. I was so taken with them that I ordered the beverage size as well. They're also available in a variety of hues.
I wanted to drink from goblets or fancy cups that were really solid and sturdy. It's fun to drink water from a fancy glass now and then. This purchase has made me extremely happy. I wish they were available in more colors, but I would buy them again or give them as gifts.

They're durable enough to use on a daily basis while also looking elegant enough for a formal dinner party. They arrived in perfect condition and appear to be exactly as described.
