According to the label on the glass, the items I received were made in China.
There is no golden rim on the glasses.
I've washed them by hand, but I believe they'd be fine in the dishwasher if only used once in a while.

These Chinese wine glasses are made of high-quality moulded glass. They may have the word 'Dublin' on their packaging, but they've never been to the Emerald Isle. They're made of crystal glass, but they're not cut. Mold stains can be seen, but they aren't particularly noticeable. What's more, the glass is fairly thick, which means they won't chip as easily as most glassware of this type. br>br>Unfortunately, dishwasher-safe is not one of them. safe, but I'm not opposed to going out of my way to make my wine glasses sparkle!.
This item is a knockoff of a formally good item made of pressed glass. The pattern isn't crisp and the heights aren't the same. These appear to be low-cost knockoffs, and I would return them if they hadn't broken two originals. Because the quality is so poor, I'll only be able to use them at my own and my husband's seats.
I've previously purchased Dublin Crystal Godinger and had a great experience with it. Prior to that, I had received high-quality crystal glassware. Now, however, they're sending out low-cost glass. The glasses don't sparkle like my other ones, and when you tap on the rim of the glass, it sounds more like a clank than a ring. I didn't return them because I needed them for a wedding and didn't have time to return them. I bought four sets, each of which consisted of a low-cost glass box. I'm incredibly disappointed.
Three of them were broken when I received them today. I don't like that I have to package all of them and return them to get a replacement, and that if I don't do so correctly, I'll be charged again. Who's to say the new ones aren't in the same boat as the old ones? I had saved up enough money to buy the entire set for my formal dining room. Because of the breakage, I'm not sure if I'll be able to.
I have a lot of Shannon Crystal, but it appears that it is no longer manufactured in Ireland, so I bought these goblets to go with my other pieces and to refresh my everyday tableware. They're very nice, with a lovely gleam and the ring you're looking for in 24K lead crystal. The goblets, which are made in the Czech Republic, are substantial and heavy in the hand, whereas the Iced Beverage Glasses are made in China. There is a noticeable difference in quality between the two. albeit. One is unmistakably crystal, while the other appears to be crystalline; the Iced Beverage appears to be cut glass rather than crystal, but that could just be my imagination; Regardless, they're attractive, and for everyday use, they're adequate. The Wine Goblets are lovely and add a touch of elegance to a simple set of dishes. I'm looking forward to putting these on the table. The only drawback was how they were delivered. They were just laying there bare when I opened the box, no tissue wrap or anything, which I thought was odd because the other stemware was wrapped in tissue. There were no blemishes, flaws, or issues, and I'm sure I'll enjoy using these on a daily basis.
The glasses are appealing to me. They're light and easy to handle. You can see it if you look for the line that shows it's molded. But I don't mind because the look is so appealing. The molding line has been included in the design. I haven't put the wine glasses in the dishwasher, but I have had no problems with the same brand of highball and cocktail glasses. They aren't what they appear to be, so I wouldn't give them as a gift. Irish crystal is cut. They're quite lovely. They're fantastic in my opinion, according to my husband.
I received them, and the box appeared to be in good condition, but when I took them out the day before Thanksgiving, I discovered one goblet was completely broken, and as I was about to wash the other, I noticed another one was cracked. My only option was to return them for a refund, but I prefer to keep the goblets that are in good condition. I like them a lot and only want to replace the two that are broken.
After reading so many negative reviews, I was hesitant to place an order. I had a set of four that my husband and I had purchased many years ago, and I had recently broken one of them. I was looking for a set to replace it when I came across this one. I ordered it, worried that it wouldn't fit, that it would be too cheap, and so on. These are a perfect match! They're quite heavy. They came in boxes (four in a set) that I would be proud to wrap and give as gifts, including wedding gifts. I now have a total of 15 wine goblets and am all set to host Christmas 2019!.
