Thin foam or thin pieces of carton were layered between the plates when they arrived. Each batch of plates is carefully packed into a Styrofoam box, which is then carefully placed inside a carton box. I ordered a variety of plates, and salad plates arrived separately from the rest of the boxes, which arrived in a large box with little packing material to keep them from flying around. br>br>All of the plates were in good condition, but one of the soup bowls was chipped on the bottom. To replace that plate, I'll have to contact the seller. br>br>Have to return all of the salad plates because they have unsightly clouds of black dots all over them. Because all of the plates had the same pattern, it's either a design flaw in a single bad batch, or the design has changed since the product's photographs were taken and uploaded. br>br>Everything else is great, but the salad plates were misrepresented and the bottom of the soup plate was chipped, so I had to deduct two stars.
Last year, I spent a lot of money on those fancy portion plates with the dividers, and I felt embarrassed when I ate with the rest of my family. I felt compelled to eat baby food from a high chair. br>I wasn't overjoyed at the prospect of making better food choices. br>So, to control my portion size, I was looking for smaller salad beautiful strudy plates, and it worked. br>I don't want to overcrowd the plate because it's so pretty. I'd like to get a better look at the pattern. br>The deception of the play on my eyes makes me feel full without eating as much, and I like it.
I would strongly suggest it. It's so lovely. This pattern brings a smile to my face because it is joyful. These dishes are hearty but not overpowering. This company could also teach a lot of other dish manufacturers how to ship their products. Things are so well packed that they can't possibly break before they reach you unless someone slams the box shut with a hammer. Salad plates, bowls, and pasta bowls were among the items I purchased. This purchase has made me extremely happy.
These plates are fantastic. They aren't just for patios or children. We use them on a daily basis because they're light, strong, and attractive, and they make dishwashing a breeze because they don't chip. I looked for a long time for the right size, one that isn't too small, like a tiny salad or dessert dish, but not too large, like an American dinner dish. So that we don't overfeed moderate eaters, we can put just the right amount of food.
I like the way it looks, feels, and feels heavy, as well as the fact that you can mix and match only the pieces you use. I despise spending money on a set of dishes and cups and saucers that I will never use. Our favorite mug or cup is something we all have. Nobody will use the matching cups simply because you were forced to get the plates and bowls you wanted, and these dishes are of excellent quality. They were in perfect condition when they arrived, with no nicks or scratches. I have yet to put them through the dishwasher. So, what if it all goes wrong? I'll send you a message when I have more information.
I searched for a long time for something lighter than stoneware, but nothing in Corelle piqued my interest. This is a weight that falls somewhere in the middle of the two options. The colors are vibrant, and I purchased the entire set, which is the first time in my 26 years of marriage that I have dinnerware that matches. *Until one of my husband's is broken".
9" salad/lunch plates in a good condition. The details are lovely; I bought these to go in a nice lunch and picnic basket to replace the melamine plates that came with it, which aren't microwave or oven safe. We were concerned about the toxic chemicals released by the nitrogen-based plastic when heated. As a result, we decided on Bico ceramic dishes. It's lovely.
br>br>UPDATE! NOT suitable for use in the microwave! I was heating a potato when I heard a loud noise, as seen in the photo. Because my microwave is above my stove, shards of glass fell onto my food on the stove when I opened it. It was necessary for me to discard everything. I HATE THESE DISHES TO MY HEART!.
