There is a LOT of cheap plastic in this, which is evident from using it. There are a few downsides. First, it is short-lived, and second, it makes a god-awful noise An awful amount of high-pitched noise from the misters. Sometimes you have to poke them to make them activate. There are actually two basic parts to this whole operation spraying mist into the general sweep of the fan and fan outlet. In terms of cooling a room, it does not actually perform that well, but if you place it closer to you, it does work much better than a fan alone.

Reviewing this item wasn't up to my usual standards in terms of writing a good review and a positive comment. Interestingly enough, I have no problem comparing this item to one that can be found at the 99-cent store You can find the cent store here. It is simply of the highest quality. When I first purchased the mister I thought it was okay, but then it stopped working after a few weeks. Thus, I now have a small fan with lights that do not function very well. The product is not something I would buy again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
