A container of amazing quality was provided for the delivery of the item. It does not appear to have any damage. I followed the directions and plugged it in, but noticed that there was an unusual smell in the house after about half an hour. We followed it to its source. Despite its fans being turned on, there was no cooling going on inside the unit. As a result of health concerns, we unplugged the unit. After calling the Zephyr phone number, registering the product, and sending a service request to the Zephyr customer service team, a local local to our city appliance repair company was sent a service request. It has been a pleasure for me. The speaker looks beautiful and runs very well. I actually built my own cabinets around the speaker and finished the project as soon as It is very quiet, just a very low hum that is not at all bothered by me. We were very happy with the purchase as the delivery was on time. The delivery agent called ahead of time as well. Excellent product that I would The lighting is fabulous. I like how it turned out. There is relative quiet in this world. After installation the temperature held well, but eight weeks after installation I tried to change it and it wouldn't let me. A few moments later it stopped working, but could be turned back Four stars because service was quick and I received parts two days after I called. There was a technician scheduled in a couple weeks as well. I am assuming a quick fix will be available.

Whenever I contacted the customer service department, they responded quickly to my A refrigerator like this would be a great recommendation. We have had several people comment that it is very nice.
