I opened the box to find a big dent in the bottom. It was needed quickly since we are remodeling the kitchen and cannot live in the family room while we work. To send it via UPS, we must package it up again and drag it over there. The hassle is too much.

Shipment damage occurred as is common when it arrived from UPS. This refrigerator has wheels on the back so that it can be moved and adjustable feet on the front so that it can be leveled easily. Our vehicle was badly bent on one back corner to the point that the wheel sits about a half-inch shorter on one side than the other. In order to level the rear, we used a board. It also had a dent under the name on the outside of the freezer door on the hinge side, and a dent on the outside edge of the freezer door on the outside edge.
