What is the wattage of your system? br>I think my JP50 is only about to draw. It draws almost no current at 16 amps. But I don t know when it kicks into max to get it started for the first time.
My bus has 4 deep cycle marine batteries and it runs all night dropping my Use at least 2 Lithium ion batteries and you could reduce it to 10% without fear of battery damage.
A full one gallon jug isn't going to fit in the small compartment above the compressor, in my opinion. It will, however, hold two half-gallon cartons perfectly.
I would say very good, I have my fridge hooked up to 12 Volt all of the time and my only complaint is that it runs a lot when it gets hot. I have also used it plugged into 115 House Current and it works better, so I believe it would be good to use in the bedroom. I also can't hear it running because it is very quiet.
I have two refrigerators at home. One is for the freezer, while the other is for the refrigerator. If you purchase the package, you will receive the following benefits. I was afraid that if it broke, getting a replacement would take weeks. When you have two, however, the power consumption increases. However, I'll always have a back-up plan in place. So, in response to your query. The top compartment serves as a refrigerator, while the bottom compartment serves as a freezer. It should be closer to 30 degrees than 20 degrees if it is not at 20 degrees. With a final thought. if it's frequently opened to circulate the air It will freeze both areas if it is close for the majority of the day. br>I like to keep mine at 24 degrees Fahrenheit. My ice cream is still soft even though it's 27 degrees outside. br>The only other suggestion I have is to set the freezer to 20 degrees Fahrenheit, make ice, place it in an ice chest, and use it as a refrigerator. As a result, the freezer can remain a freezer at all times.

SUCKS! is the word for the working item. It does not have the ability to be refrigerated. br>I attempted to return it, but it simply stated that this item is not returnable. A total of $450 was squandered. The size is exactly what it says, and the appearance is excellent, but anything that does not keep food cold is useless. br>My father is a technician who works on appliances. So he says I should let it sit for at least 6 hours just in case it was tipped over during transport, and I'm going to try to contact the original company to see what they can do. Amazon has refused to respond to my messages, emails, or phone calls. Covid- Although 19 has not yet stopped sending mail, customer service appears to be deteriorating. ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** br>*************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Because Amazon would not allow me to return the item, I was relieved to learn that ICECO stood behind their product, which I chose because of the many positive reviews and, of course, the lower price than other brands. In addition, I have a Dobinsons FF80. 3940 40LTR Fridge/Freezer or (Dobinsons 4x4 40L 12V Portable Fridge Freezer), both of which are comparable to the Dometic and cost $750. For the past few years, it has always worked perfectly for me. Except for a couple of changes on the door, my Dobinsons look EXACTLY like the ICECO. They're both Danfoss compressors, which are extremely quiet and have a long lifespan. br>The company had called to say they'd get a new one for me and send it out as soon as possible. I only got the new one a few days ago, and everything is working fine so far. I'd like to express my gratitude to ICECO for sticking by their product and honoring my purchase. br>I build buses and van conversions, and this one is a keeper based on my extensive research. To me, the company that backs it up is extremely important. Cost-effective, very quiet, Danfoss compressor, low energy consumption, precise measurements, came with a custom bag, and it even looks nice. br>So, yes, I would buy more of these ICECO JP50 12v Portable Refrigerator Fridge Freezers and will recommend them to others.
I purposefully waited to write this review until I'd had a chance to thoroughly test this refrigerator, and I couldn't be more pleased. I bought this before Iceco's official slide was available, so I made my own and installed it in the back of my 2017 Jeep JKU as a semi-permanent cabinet. br>br>I bought this before Iceco's official slide was available, so I made my own and installed it in the back of my 2017 Jeep JKU as a semi-permanent cabinet. I installed a fused circuit in the back of my Jeep specifically for this fridge, using 10ga silicone coated low resistance premium wire directly from my secondary battery, and I've never had any issues with the fridge draining my battery. br>br>It keeps food and drinks extremely cold, though, as other reviewers have noted, the top par does not get as cold (which is fine). br>br>I've driven this fridge hundreds of miles on the worst bone-jarring washboard roads in the country, fully expecting to see an error code on the display when we stopped, only to be elated that it was still working fine!br>br>If you're looking for a good fridge for a fraction of the price of a Dometic or ARB, look no further!.
The product was well packaged when it arrived. br>I waited 24 hours before connecting to 120v and turning it on, but it did not work. br>Connected to the car 12v and turned on after a few hours, but it didn't work. br>I'll post an update when/if things are resolved. Right now, I'm feeling cheated. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> They replaced it for me. br>br> br>It works fine. br>However, I'll have to pay $400 to return the defective JP40 and ship the replacement JP40. br>I'm requesting a refund from ICECO. br>br>Hello,br>br>You're mistaken. Yes, I have a right to a refund. br>br> br>br>Had you and ICECO not sent me a defective JP40 freezer, I would not have had to spend $400 to return that defective freezer to you. br>br>The first JP40 cost $250 to ship from the Dominican Republic to ICECO, and the second JP40 cost $150 to ship from Miami to me. br>br>There was no need for me to spend an extra $400 if the first JP40 Freezer had been in good working order. br>br>Even though ICECO sent me a return ticket, the courier here does not accept it. Sorry if you and ICECO had to pay for it, but the truth is that it would have been an unnecessary expense for you as well if the machine had been in good working order. br>br>As I previously stated, I only TRUSTED Amazon and ICECO when making my freezer purchase. br>br>Why should I be punished because of it? br>br>I paid for the freezer, but it was damaged when it arrived. ICECO would not have sent me the second JP40 until they confirmed that the broken JP40 was on its way back to them. br>br>That is not my fault. br>br>You must understand that ICECO would not have sent me the second JP40 until they confirmed that the broken JP40 was on its way back to them. br>br>And that is why they forced me to spend the extra money, and it is only right that I be FULLY REFUNDED. br>br>I didn't do anything wrong. br>br>All I wanted was an ICECO JP40 freezer that was in good working order. What's the problem with that? br>br>.
The freezer/refrigerator was put to the test for three days and nights in a row. In Los Angeles, the temperature ranged from 67 to 77 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature is 97 degrees with a relative humidity of 45 percent. The generator is a Yeti 400, and the solar panel is 100 watts. br>I set the refrigerator to 39 degrees Fahrenheit. br>Wattage output was 55-100 watts in Max mode. When the compressor is turned on, the power consumption is 60 watts. And 15- The compressor is turned off, so the power consumption is 17W. br>In ECO mode, the wattage ranged from 50 to 100. With the compressor turned on, the power consumption is 54 watts and the power consumption is 10 watts When the compressor is turned off, the power consumption is 14W. br>The refrigerator's temperature was 37 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature is currently at 38 degrees. br>During the first 48 hours, the refrigerator used more energy than I could produce (5-amps). Loss of ten watts per day for a period of twenty-four hours). I gained 1 pound on the third day/night, most likely as a result of the night-time. The temperature had dropped to 67 degrees by this time. br>Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase (which included a $160 discount). It's just that I wish it were more insulated. However, I believe I got a good deal at my low price.
