Honestly, we disliked it so much that we ordered another, at a $15 higher cost than the first one that we bought on Prime Day. Nevertheless, in comparison to other models in the same price range, the features on this one are not terribly lacking. Keeping it cold is quite easy if the freezer is properly loaded. It seems that people have to hack into their thermostats and manually change them in order to get cool temperatures. a) I wouldn't consider this refrigerator noisy at all. You may hear the motor running occasionally, but it is hardly noticeable most of the time. For the front "legs" of the refrigerator, you can adjust them in order to achieve the ideal level. My discomfort with having to turn the light switch on and off manually is not objectionable to me. It is convenient to turn it on and off and the switch is easy to find. I don't think it's a great deal at this price- An absolute deal-breaker. I am disappointed in the product. With respect to the interior light, I have two concerns. Every time I have owned a full-size refrigerator or cooler, this one has not worked like every other. Lights are on and off in the refrigerator, but there is a static switch that does not turn on and off when the door is opened and closed. The design of this is extremely disappointing, but not known why it was done this way. The registration of products is another issue. A form is enclosed in which you must fill out registration details, but the product is not listed on the menu online. When I called and talked with someone at newair, they said they no longer do product registration. I am to keep my paperwork for my warranty claim if I need it. I have one final issue with the person at newair whom I spoke with. Their eyes were almost closed, and they were totally uninterested. It would be wise for me to be very careful before making a purchase from.

The items I purchase from Amazon have usually been very good to me. While I recognize everything going on with the COVID-It's an exception I'd like to make As far as the manufacturer is concerned, there is no reason why they should not offer the product When there is a problem, they are responsive. Orders are accepted and money is paid, products are shipped, but they do not do any of the work themselves When there is a problem, they are responsive. In my opinion, it is not recommended to purchase this unit because it does not work as described and the manufacturer's website is not active.

There is nothing wrong with this unit at all - it doesn't get that cold at all When the thermostat is set to its coldest setting, expect 39 to 43 degrees.
