I found that buying this refrigerator was one of the most frustrating and challenging shopping experiences I have ever It was damaged and defective when it arrived. There were two dents on the outside of the unit, and worse, the down temperature button did not work. The process of arranging for a replacement took days and several phone calls and emails with Amazon. A replacement eventually arrived after a very laborious and time-consuming process. After the new refrigerator has been installed for a few weeks, the temperature is no longer maintained. Even when we set it to 37 degrees no matter what, it remains around 39 or 40 degrees. This is supposed to be a brand new machine. Originally, I had hoped reviews that stated the fridge does not provide optimal cooling were exaggerated. The case is not the same. The dice did not roll in this one, so I lost. I had a problem with the cooling unit after the first 2 months of using it. It froze up in the back and stopped working. I finally reached a person to deal with my warranty claim after about a week and a half of emails. It appears to have a refrigerant leak, but the technician claimed it was a sensor problem. I bought a new sensor for eight bucks, installed it, and it seemingly helped, but I'm back where I was at the beginning of my charge. A temperature of less than 44 degrees will not be allowed. My best option would have been to save $200 by getting a big box store unit, then call it a I used it for a mere six months before it became useless.
