When the cooker arrived, it was a huge letdown. I discovered that it required a 220v outlet, which was not clearly stated anywhere in the product description, and I believe I am entitled to a full refund, including shipping costs.

However, the inside is a shambles. A three-pin side plug is used for the head. It will not be able to hang on your wall. Furthermore, there is no extension available. You'll need to switch outlets. You can't simply replace the head plug because it has 20V while the regular can only hold 15. It's just a ruse.

If I had the option, I'd give it a one-star rating. I bought three of these pots when I opened a fast-casual restaurant. After ten months, all three are shot. On all three, the heating plate warped, causing the pot to wobble and preventing the cycle from finishing. I'm out of luck because they only offer a 6-month warranty (likely because they are aware of the problem).
