The old commercial rice cooker finally died, so this one is stepping into its place. This is cooking like a champ so far, and 30 cups of rice are usually ready by the end of the cooking cycle. I'd also suggest keeping the manuals you'll benefit from them when you need replacement parts in the future.

After the 30 raw cups of rice are cooked, they come out crumby if there is no stirring right after the lid is closed for another 15 minutes until the lid is opened again. Within twenty It takes about 3 months for the 20 raw cups to stop working after they are cooked. I can't get the lever to stay down to cook when I plug it in. Having bought 2 for my business, I thought they were great, but a couple months later I bought 4 more to get ready for a busy summer, and now I only have two of them working.
