Steel is used in the construction of this product.
While it is cooking, I think it is under 6 amps and over 15 amps when the oven is on. An independent circuit is required for it.
My family only used ours a couple of times (for Filipino parties) before we passed it on The two times I tested it, it worked fine. You should be able to make it last for a long time if you take good care of it.

From the start of cooking to the end, it takes only 26 minutes. This is the reason why I gave it only 3 stars. You won't be able to cook the rice with that amount of time. If you boil 20 cups of water, you will see the steam start coming out a little bit before the temperature changes. Stirring once and letting it sit for 15 minutes is the method. When you cook 25 cups of water, you will see No steam come out before the temperature gets to Warm before it changes. There is still raw rice in the bowl. To restart the cooking process, stir once and let it stay for 5 minutes, then press Start During the second cooking session, it will remain at Warm temperature for about 4 minutes before changing back. After letting it stay for 15 minutes, you remove it. Rather than burning on the bottom, the rice will burn at the bottom this time. There is no problem using this rice cooker, it can make 20 cups. The rice cooker cannot make more than 20 cups. I think it needs to be re-designed Programming a cooking time of between 35 and 40 minutes is recommended I spent 40 minutes in the kitchen cooking.
In short, one day the rice was burned to the point that it no longer worked, which means it burned the rice to such an extent that it was consumed in just two weeks and one day. There is no return policy, so I attempted to return it. My appliance is brand new, but it doesn't seem to be working so I might have to stop ordering appliances with such a short warranty. 30 days is not enough. The project is a waste of time and money. Having learned my lesson, I can now move forward.
It follows that I bought it for my business in October. After a while, it stopped working randomly. *I attempted to access the warranty page but it would not We tried opening the warranty page three different times on different phones and computers, but none worked. You almost feel like the company wants you not to know about how warranty repairs are handled. Here's today's update The first one was replaced under warranty, and then the second one failed after a This product is not good!.
The old commercial rice cooker finally died, so this one is stepping into its place. This is cooking like a champ so far, and 30 cups of rice are usually ready by the end of the cooking cycle. I'd also suggest keeping the manuals you'll benefit from them when you need replacement parts in the future.
After the 30 raw cups of rice are cooked, they come out crumby if there is no stirring right after the lid is closed for another 15 minutes until the lid is opened again. Within twenty It takes about 3 months for the 20 raw cups to stop working after they are cooked. I can't get the lever to stay down to cook when I plug it in. Having bought 2 for my business, I thought they were great, but a couple months later I bought 4 more to get ready for a busy summer, and now I only have two of them working.
My rice cookers over the past 15 years have all been Aroma brand and I have always been satisfied with their performance. I recommend this rice cooker to anyone who desires an easy to use and large capacity cooker.
Each cook was responsible for cooking for 30 people. It can even be used by five people at once. The food was cooked quickly and well. I have to cook four times for 100 people when I feed them. Despite the low price, the quality of the product was excellent, and it was very simple to use. A note of interest, I've been cooking rice over 50 years, and I was surprised with the quality of this product.
The rice cooker I ordered for my business was the second one I ordered, and this one is not defective at all, it is a very slick-looking piece of equipment, cooking 20 cups of rice in 30 minutes, congratulations!.
