They do, in fact, nest in order to store their belongings. (As well as the fact that I adore them.) Breading is easier and less messy with this method.

I'm assuming it's made in China based on other reports of PRC (People's Republic of China) stickers on packages.
These are something I own and adore. The interior space is approximately 8 square meters. 25 by 5. I've used it to hold the biggest tenderized chicken breast or pork chop I've ever tried. These are AMAZING. Because we don't eat gluten, we have to make our own country fried steaks and chops. I make the 'crumb' portion with crushed GF Matzoh crackers (Yehuda Brand) and the flour part with TJ's GF flour. As for the liquid, it is milk. It works like a charm, and I'm overjoyed. Get yourself a pair of spatula tongs that are big and wide. It makes it easier to turn the product during the frying process without disturbing the breading.

I wish I had read some of the reviews first before making my purchase! They're made of high-quality steel, but they're quite small. The Easy Bake Oven is a small oven that can be used to bake a variety It's so tiny! It holds maybe one very small chicken breast at a time as a breading station, but all the breadcrumbs and flour spill over the side. So it's too small, too shallow, to be used as advertised!.

These dredging/breading trays are a nice set that nests when not in use to save cabinet space and overlap and lock in place when in use to prevent mess. They should outlast their owner unless they are severely abused, and they are made of good weight, highly polished stainless steel that washes up perfectly in the dishwasher for easy care. (Not the owners, but the trays. ) )br>br>They're a little smaller than the plastic set they replaced, and they might be too small for some applications, but for a chicken breast or chicken-based dish, they're perfect. They work well with fried steak, etc. , and I highly recommend them; however, be aware that they are on the small side.
It was far too small to be useful. The purpose of this purchase was to help shorten the time it took to clean up the work area by containing the breading ingredients. This is impossible due to the size of the pans. The items were promptly returned. There aren't any larger options available, unfortunately. As a result, it's back to the old way of doing things.
This breading tray set is ideal for breading foods before frying them. Even though I don't do much frying, it's great for containing the mess that comes with breading.
For shrimp, it might work. Mine have never been used after being mocked and laughed at. I'm not going to make McNuggets.
The fact that these are so small has been mentioned in other reviews. However, I did not anticipate them being so small. Because these aren't high enough or large enough, my counter was a shambles when I finished breading chicken filets. I like the idea, but I'm going to use my Pyrex glass pie pans instead, and I'll give these to my granddaughter to play with.
