This knife has a razor-sharp edge to it. It worked perfectly when I used it to slice meat. The only issue was that it was insufficiently sturdy. I used it for about two months before the edge broke (as seen in the photo).
Porcelain is delicate, so I replace mine every year or so. Make extensive use of it. But it was well worth the effort. This is insanely sharp.
This knife is still sharp and thin enough to cut easily after a month of moderate use. Hand washing is required, and it appears to stain easily. It's a winner for me because of the reasonable price.
It fully satisfies all of my requirements! I'm on my second purchase and plan to purchase more!.
We had a set of four knives from a different brand, and when it came time to replace the two smaller knives, we went with this brand, which we are glad we did.
I adore this knife because it effortlessly cuts all of my skinned vegetables, such as tomatoes and peppers. This knife is fantastic, but it is extremely sharp. USE CAUTION!.
I adore this knife; it's well-balanced in the hand and extremely sharp. Also excellent is the blade protection case, which is well-made and durable. I've got two of these at the moment.
