The reason I bought this pie server was for that reason. I'm telling you, my husband took it to pick up a meatball after it was used sparingly for six months and it snapped at the handle. There is no way to fix it now. Ineffective. Total waste of time.
As I noted, I am a firm believer that an OXO product is de facto reliable. This was so shocking to me that I was shocked. My desire is to purchase it again, but I am afraid to do so. My search for a replacement will continue.
