That's correct. A lovely selection of cheeses! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this set. I used it for my cheese and meat tray at Thanksgiving. I like the set a lot.
What you're missing should be sent to you by the manufacturer. Visit their website and let them know what you're missing.
I checked the labels on my knives and the box, but there is no indication of where these knives were made. The box has a website, icosaliving.com. com. Perhaps there's a solution there. These knives are fantastic. Someone has always complimented me on how nice they are every time I've used them in the last year!
This is a complete set, and it's a good one at that; I've never seen a fork sold separately. You might have to go to a real cooking store or Home Goods to find what you're looking for. Best of luck!

They appeared to be of good weight and balance when I first opened the box. Nonetheless, even the tiniest cheeses are too small for them. My Brie was so small that the knife couldn't even get halfway through it. I ended up pre-slicing cheeses with a large knife because I didn't know how well my guests would do. But it's the rust that really bothers me; I've only ever used these once. On Thanksgiving, I washed my hands. Every single one of them has rust spots; these are supposed to be high-grade stainless steel, so why are they rusting after only one use and hand washing? They look terrible now, no matter how good they looked when you first opened the box.
They do what they're supposed to do, and I appreciate the cheat sheet that tells me which knife to use. I purchased these in November of 2019, and despite weekly use, none of the blades have rusted. When I'm done using them, I wash and dry them by hand. Thank you so much for a fantastic product!!.
With the thin knife, heart knife, and chisel knife, I was able to get fairly thin slices on semi-hard cheeses, about the thickness of a dime or penny. With the pronged knife, I was able to get about nickle thin slices on brie; if you're serving charcuterie with your cheese, you'll want to use an actual knife. The edges aren't surgically sharp, nor do they need to be, and they won't cut you unless you try really hard. You won't be able to process a giant wheel of cheese with these, nor should you expect to. The cutting edges are sharp and angled just right for cutting store-bought cheese wedges. Both the fork and the spreader function as they should. I'm not sure what kind of metal finish you're looking for (satin? ). brushed? These knives are smooth, despite the fact that they are not mirror polished. They're not so smooth that if they get a little oily, they'll slip out of your hand. The knife should not slip if you hold it slightly angled, with the butt against the fat of your thumb (rather than straight up and down). To gain a little more control, I like to place my thumb on the spine. You aren't carving a wooden stake or stabbing with these knives, so don't grip them as if you are. The knives aren't as heavy as they appear to be. Although the handles appear to be hollow, they have a substantial feel to them. If you tried hard enough, you could probably dent them. These knives aren't meant for batoning wood, but rather for cutting cheese. If you're going on a picnic, the knives' lightness could come in handy. Steel (definitely ferrous) is what they are. br>br>With the exception of the knives, which are individually bagged in plastic, the packaging for this item is exactly as shown in the pictures. My knives were loose when I received them, and a few of them had come out of their bags. During shipping, they were most likely jostled out of their seats. Who knows how hard and how often they collided during the shipping process? There were no scratches, dents, or marring on any of my knives. There were no folds in the edges, which was a plus. Yes, the knives are well-made and have a good edge for cutting cheese. Unless you don't plan to use these knives frequently, the packaging box isn't the best storage solution (it wasn't designed to, and the foam will degrade into an annoying mess). Nothing about this bothers me. This would raise the set's price, as well as the set's packaging costs, and add another piece that could break during shipping. br>br>I like the way it looks and how it's designed. For what it is intended to do, the price is excellent for the product I received. There are some less expensive fancy wooden-handled cheese knife sets, but they may not all be sturdy enough for multiple uses, and wood requires more care. Even so, you should hand wash and dry these knives for the best results (just like you would with any other high-quality tool). The term "stainless steel" does not imply that it is rust-proof. ICOSA Living emailed me a PDF chart for cheese hardness as well as a short "what knife to use on what cheese" guide similar to the one that came in the packaging when I received my knives. br>br>I chose this set because it came with all of the cheese knives I needed and was reasonably priced. The quality of the product I received was outstanding. Smaller, similar sets with blocks and/or cutting boards are available for less money or at a similar price. I'm not sure how those work, but I do know that the quality of this set was higher than I had anticipated for the price, and I like the modern design aesthetic. I also like the ICOSA Living logo's icosahedron design aesthetic. Yes, I would recommend it to others.
The handles are comfortable to hold and use, and there is a lot of variety in this set. I do, however, wash them by hand. br>br>I hope you found my explanation helpful! br>br>—For more incredible Amazon finds, follow @CassandraMercedes on Instagram!.
I'd been wanting a set of cheese knives for a while, but after reading other people's reviews, I decided I wanted a set that was all one piece and didn't have any handle attachments (i. e. Other products with wooden or other material handles have been reported to break apart in reviews). I really like the variety of these knives, and I think they're a fantastic value for the variety and quality. The box it comes in is also excellent for storing and keeping them safe. I'm glad I went ahead and purchased this set.
Ours were used for charcuterie, but they could also be used for cheese. small hors d'oeuvres, such as sausages They're beautiful to look at and extremely gleaming. They perform admirably and are extremely durable.
My search for a great cheese knife set came to an end when I came across the Lunar 6-piece set. Metal set of four pieces. They're very sturdy and suitable for a variety of cheeses. They are ideal for parties because of their modern and sleek appearance. This is the set to get if you enjoy charcuterie. A wooden handle version of the set is also available.

We expected it to be much bigger, but it turned out to be much smaller. 30% much much much much more ~5. Each one is 5" in length. We, on the other hand, have decided to keep them. They're well-made and perform admirably. Just a note:.
