Since I was a child, Cutco has been my life. Cheese knives are described as such, but this knife is so much more. Paper thin vegetables can also be cut with it. There are still some pieces from the time when my dad sold cutco door to door over 60 years ago that are still in my possession. A penny could be cut with them as part of the demo. Blades do not need to be dulled. In which case, it is true. Mine is a love affair.
Compared this to other websites, I could have obtained it for $25 less if I had just looked around online for.
There is no exception for Cutco products such as this cheese knife. Vegetables are also cut well by it,.

I have had Cutco knives for a long time and knew it would be right The company Cutco is generally a good one to do business with. It is my great pleasure to recommend this company and in particular this knife.

Using it with soft cheese and vegetables does not seem to be a problem, but it isn't something I use every day.
