I do not think it is slippery.

Can you tell me how thick/flexible the paring knife blade is? Trying to find something a bit stiff that can hold up to ?

During my visit to my daughter, I wanted one of these knives which I have at home. In the end, I bought another one. Cutting vegetables or meats is easy with this knife You should definitely check it out.

In how much length does the handle measure?

Three and a half It is 3/4 inch thick. I can easily fit a smaller hand in the grip as it is about 3 inches long.

Depending on who you ask, beauty is in your eyes
5/5

The true beauty of a thing is in the sights of the beholder, as the saying goes. It was a beautiful knife, however I found it to be small and delicate. Although I am retired now, in my previous life I worked as a catering chef for more than 20 years so I have some knowledge of kitchen appliances. Despite its small size, this little knife is sharp, and I can maintain the sharpness with a sharpening steel very easily. The handle feels right in my hand and it I cannot think of anything else you could want. The two I purchased were both good.

I am not very happy with that
3/5

We have been using some cheap knives for random things like cutting cheese, so I bought 5 of these. There are a few reasons why I am not a fan of them. Among the advantages Their light weight is a pro. Their cons are A clam's life cycle is described as follows Those packages are very dangerous to open because they are delivered in shell packaging! As a result, I cut my finger when trying to remove one. You're talking about a knife, for goodness sake! Although shears allow you to cut around an entire knife, you still have the restraint in the middle, which is difficult to see when pulling, so if you don't notice it, it slips out of your hand, resulting in a potential cut. Knife handles are designed with munchkins in mind. In the picture you can see that my hands are too big for the handle even though my hands aren't very big. A picture of the cheap knife it replaces is included so you can assess There is a very rounded shape to the handle. Although I have not used it yet, my guess is that they will want to roll in your hand, creating a dangerous situation. It will be interesting to see how it goes. Having said that, I am surprised by how short the blade is. can be seen from the knife it replaces, it has a half inch to an inch shorter blade. The chances of that working well are slim. As a result of my first experiences with these knives, I am not a big fan.

The best paring knife I have ever purchased is made in the USA by Cutco
5/5

A small paring knife that I needed in a hurry was all I needed. There is an inscription on the blade that reads She is happy with it it's such a nice knife. I bought it for my wife. She loves Metal runs along the handle and a rivet is attached to the blade. The blade is very sharp, thick, and well-made. The blade and handle are of the perfect size and thickness. This pen feels great in your hand, and it has a good balance. This is a highly recommended book.

That is an excellent knife
5/5

It has a solid construction, excellent fitting in my hand, and I can use it
Update 7/28/20. I'm not sure there is anything else you could ask for in a paring knife. A kitchen knife is heavily used in this environment. I spent a lot of time cutting, chopping, and slicing, so I had to order another Both are still in the same condition as when I received them yesterday. Now that their price has dropped, you really cannot compete with them any more.

You can easily cut yourself by sliding forward
3/5

There can be a GUARD that protects your fingers when you use other knives. Unfortunately, this KitchenAid paring knife is designed in a way that if you press on the blade and it slides forward just a little, your fingers could easily slide directly over the Her finger took an in-depth cut when she was the first person in my house to use this knife. In that moment, we analyzed the knife and found it lacking in all aspects My favorite thing about this tool is that it has a very small and lightweight handle, which encourages you to slip your fingers forward! I dulled the edge of the blade near the handle using a metal file. However, if someone here gets a cut again, I'm putting this one in the garbage.

The knife is great! I really like it
5/5

Before I bought this knife, I didn't realize how poor my old knives were. I purchased two of these knives. It works when other paring knives just didn't cut it, so give this one a try. You will fall in love with it!.

Excellent knives at a great price
5/5

My daughter got me the matching utility knife at my birthday, and I just had to get the paring knife to match. Both of these knives sharpen well and clean Your hands feel good when you hold them. This seems to be a durable and tough model.
