Out of the box, this is a very sharp piece

The size and shape are perfect for me. I love the fit and form of the shirt. As a result, I will have to compete with my Heckles and other German steels in my collection that are pricey. A pair of matching handles came along with the cleaver. I may have liked a slightly more oval shaped grip on the blade for 6" however. The cleaver will work great with it. As a result, my hand finds it difficult to maneuver because of the roundness. However, there is a major problem.

Boxes were well protected and arrived in a nice condition. In my opinion, the knife is a bit heavy. I agree with many other reviewers that the knife is heavy! That's what makes it so great! Using it this morning for breakfast prep, after washing it, it felt good in the hand! I would recommend it to anyone who appreciates a knife that is both durable and functional!.

I was looking for a chef shaped knife that was shorter and had a great belly to the blade for an affordable price. In this case, it was a good fit for me. A comfortable handle and easily maintainable blade contribute to the ease of use of this tool. It is a regular kitchen tool that I use for family meal preparation and hand washing. Among other items I have purchased from Tuo, I also have a chopping knife that I am very happy with.
