I'm just fine
3/5

I decided ceramic knives weren't an adequate substitute for quality steel knives after reading various articles. Initially the blade was sharper than my Wusthof knives made from professional steel. The two issues I am concerned with. If you drop a ceramic knife, it could shatter, and sharpening it is very difficult. Due to my already owning a Chef's Choice sharpener for steel knives, I may have submitted an opinion on the product. Thanks so much.

I really like this knife
5/5

It is a good value. Having done research and looking at different knives for my wife, I worked with this one because of the beautiful color. This knife was beautiful and worked well. As of now the knife is very sharp for such a low cost ceramic knife. I do not know for how long the edge will remain sharp. It is great for slicing veggies and other foods.

I really like the way it's The items above have been bought by my daughter a number of times
5/5

It is extremely comfortable to hold, and the cutting blade is extremely sharp. These are great additions in the kitchen, but we hand wash them to be sure they are clean.

The handle and blade of this knife are adorable! The different knives I have on hand are incredibly useful to me and I love having them on hand
4/5

In fact, I've never tried a ceramic knife before, but this is my favorite color, so I thought I'd give it a shot! A few of the things I like- You can tell by the Its blade is white and very beautiful, and its handle and cover are also very adorable. I. - There is little weight to the knife. Handles are easy to hold, and there is a little grip on the handle. It's - My favorite part about it is the shield that comes with it. The drawer, especially for my cheaper knives, has always been the place for them, so I'm glad to have this new feature now. The tomato I cut last night was cut with it. Because it was not ultra sharp, it had a little difficulty passing through the skin in some cases. The softer vegetables and fruits will probably be left to my sharp knives. A knife like this would be great for cutting apples, potatoes, and Things that aren't extremely delicate, et cetera. However, I am taking away a star because this is the only issue I have with it.

Chef knives are quite short for a cutting tool
3/5

There are also a few other issues. This product is made in China - Beveled on both sides - There's a hidden link here - Silicone is the material of choice in scales I like. Shaped, but not in the way I prefer*fr>- It can be useful to wear a sheath. The ceramic can chip if it is stored in a drawer, so it should always be used
- There are a lot of warnings on what not to do with it that I won't duplicate - In addition to being a little shorter, the blade is at least 2" shorter than normal - The spine has no sharp edges, so it's finished wellbr> This is an extremely annoying package - It does not mention whether these knives can be washed in the dishwasher, but all kitchen knives should be washed by hand anyway

While the blade has a typical rocker shape, I'm not fond of the By using the back end of the blade, it prevents the knife from fully rocking backwards. I also don't like the handle that much. In my opinion, the thumb area is shaped well, but there is a ditch running up the rest of the handle, which may or may not fit your fingers, as well as a protrusion that protrudes too far forward. Moreover, the knife is extremely light weight, plus it is small, so it is perfect for smaller hands or those with grip issues. Use a ceramic knife sharpener to preserve its sharpness. It would really ruin it if we used one for a metal knife. I like it but it's not my favorite. Do not forget to use the Smile. Amazon option. The knife is amazing! I’m actually accident prone when it comes to knives so that's why I use a serrated steak knife to chop up raw meats and vegetables, since it doesn't slice up my fingers so easily
5/5

It would be safer for me to use this ceramic knife than when I used it on its regular non-ceramic counterpart to buy it because I have never tried ceramic knives before It looks like a ceramic knife. As soon as I opened it I loved it instantly, since it cuts super well without my having to apply any force to it. My first use of it was on a ham, which I sliced up in no time. The cover goes back in it as well which I also like the color of and the style. The hub wanted to know why I had one knife when we have a block full of good knives we rarely use, but thankfully i used it before he said that and do feel comfortable using it. the handle fits well and does not slip easily in my smaller hand, and it is sharp. The clothes I wear are bi-color Because I have the black and white glasses and the white blade makes it easier for me to see the blade when I cut things, I haven't accidentally nicked or cut any fingers or palms of my hands so far.

This knife would be ideal for anyone who is ceramic - "Friendly", according to the manufacturer
4/5

I'm glad to see that the price of ceramic knives has dropped over the last two decades. When you need something shorter than a chef knife, this knife is the perfect choice. Ceramics are amazing in so If they do need sharpening (and they often do, it can be tricky) they need to be sharpened rarely. Although ceramic knives are brittle, it can be problematic to use them. Ceramic knives, on the other hand, crack when metal knives have a flexing motion. It is important that the knife is kept in the blade cover (sheath) so that it will not In order to determine if you are eligible to own a ceramic knife, look at the label on the back of the knife The use of knives with ceramic blades is not recommended for chopping frozen foods or cutting hard cheese, or any application that induces the blade to twist, such as prying. A chipped cutting edge or a blade that breaks free from the handle could result from this type of operation. Cutting boards made from plastic or wood are the only materials appropriate for this knife. Store the knife in the protective blade cover at all times to keep it safe and prevent injuries. Moreover, I noticed that the name "Farberware" is a trademark of Farberware Licensing Company. Therefore, I guess this is not a company with a R&D department It is in department D Licenses are only granted for the use of the company This is a Chinese product.
