I am thrilled with this knife! It arrived super sharp and ready to Non-profit organizations A slippery handle comes in handy when your hands are bloodied and you're trimming several cuts of meat at the same time. It's easy to clean because it doesn't have any cracks or grooves for bacteria to nestle in. In the late 1980s, I purchased this knife to replace one that had lasted for years. The most indestructible material ever! I realized it was time for a new one since my old one has been sharpened over and over again over the last 30 years.

As a result of the unique profile at the tip, I'm able to fit into tight spaces while also having a fine enough thickness for it to slice brisket. Those two factors alone make it a four-star movie. As for how well it holds an edge, there's no telling, but I'm pretty sure you can sharpen it if you need to. Although it does not fit in a standard knife block, finding a sheath has not been easy therefore, four stars is the best you can give it.

One of the only reasons I bought this knife is its design. Keep in mind that the steel is low quality (very low) and the craftsmanship is poor, but the design is awesome. Its price is just $22. If possible, the handle of the knife should be a color other than white to heighten the contrast between it and The only thing I wish Dexter would do is create a luxury version of this model with a wooden handle and superior If you can create this design for me, I would gladly pay up to $100.

In all honestly, this knife blade is gorgeous and the handle is perfectly shaped for my hands. I'll have a tough time putting this bluntly because it is so sharp. The rest of my remarks are incomprehensible. Whether it is bones or soft tomatoes, it can cut through anything. It is even capable of filleting a salmon.
