It was the first thing I did when I picked up this product and marveled at its beauty. I like how well balanced the knife was and how heavy it was. The knife didn't feel like it was impossible to handle for me, and I felt in control of it while holding I loved the design of the site, so that was a nice In spite of the fact that it was beautiful, everyone I showed it to thought it was beautiful after placing it back into its box. I found cleaning it to be as easy as cleaning any other knife. It's a knife, so obviously it was going to be cleaned by any other knife. There is no doubt that this product is worth purchasing.

The blade is razor sharp and fantastic to use

The 4th of July, I used this cleaver to chop up some rib tips to grill on the grill since I love grilled pork rib tips. When I used the blade to cut the tips and their bones I found it was incredibly easy and I can't wait until the next time I grill tips. As it stands now, the blade is still sharp. I will contact the company to find out how to maintain it.

I'm glad I did I really like it! In all honesty, I didn't expect how much I would use this knife once I purchased it a couple of months ago from the grocery store because I was lacking a cleaver and thought it would be handy for chopping large vegetables and meat with small bones

My concern was that the handle would be slippery because it seemed very heavy (weight and balance). The surfaces are extremely easy to clean, and it is not at all messy. The edge of the knife, as it comes out of the box, is razor sharp, and has not dulled at all since I've owned Using this knife to finely chop fresh herbs and to chop whole chickens has become my favorite activity.
